Westend Hostel

+ Reggelit?????? Ellopták a háti számom benne a laptoppal, JBL hangfallal és egyéb értékekkel! Az értékes túra háti zsákomról nem is beszélek!!!! Hívtam rendőrt és az egyik tettes (egy vén kurva) meg is volt találva másnap a Honvéd kórházban, a táskájában az én egyik személyes holmimmal. Elég egyértelmű bizonyíték, nem is vitattak a rendőrök. Ha nem is lesz meg semmi, remelem jó pár százezerre büntetik azt a csovest és bandáját. Odabent hiába nem ment a kamera a nyílt utcán egy citromsárga színű túra táska elég feltűnő. Felelni fognak ezt a rendőr is abszolút garantálja!!!!!!

+ Hostelli sijaitsee hyvässä paikassa, on mukava päästää rautatieasemalta

- On likaiset huoneet, kaikki paikat huoneessa on hirveässä sotkussa, hostellin työntekijä kesken yötä näytti huoneen toiselle asiakkaalle niin että tuli huoneeseen,laitoi valot päälle ja kovalla äänellä kertoi kaiken. Valitettavasti tästä en pitänyt hostellia. Sen lisäksi en saanut lakanoita eikä pyyhettä. Jos huoneissa olisi siistiä niin olisi hyvä paikka. Mutta en suostuu enää asua tässä hostellissa

- The time range set for checkin. It would be nice if it was possible to checkin in the morning, it would reduce the additional fee.

- Telling me to pay extra late check in fee, moreover by cash and not card!!!!!! So hilarious and unprofessional

+ Location was great, a shame some repairs were not done, but as it was a busy Christmas season, I had to take what was available at that date. The staff were very nice though. The whole thing was, I had to get to that end of town urgently and it did the job. It was warm, dry, comfy, close to supermarket etc, and a bit oldish, but served my purpose.

- There were some repairs, esp to the floor in the kitchen area, that needed attention and a few other things, but basically, it was safe, the main thing, warm, dry and close to every service up that end of town.

+ Location is convenient, staff is friendly, price is pretty low.

- The building is dilapidated. The lockers are all either broken or filled with someone else's junk and you'd really want a locker with some of the people living there. Despite booking a place in 4-person room I've got situated in 12-person one instead and it was freezing in there, thankfully after about an hour the mistake was corrected and I was moved into the right room which was heated, but filled to the brim with garbage. Would only recommend if you need to stay for 1-2 nights and have somewhere else to store your luggage.

+ I had a truly wonderful stay here. The front desk staff was incredibly nice, patient, and easy to talk to, he made the whole experience even better. The hotel has everything you would need, including a hair dryer. The bathroom and shower were especially great, very clean and comfortable. I was also really touched by the sign at the entrance of the bathroom clearly stating “Female Toilet, males not allowed.” It shows real respect for women and made me feel very safe. Little details like this genuinely warm your heart. I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has such a low rating on Booking. If the full score is 10, I would definitely give it a 10. Thank you again, I truly loved my stay here.
