Muchas gracias Amaka!
Owner was very accomodating and let us check in early and store our luggage after checking out. He was always very quick to respond to messages and answer our questions. Bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom were all very clean and had everything needed. Great location in the Albaycin that was quiet at night and close to a lot of great restaurants and things to do during the day (although know that like all of Granada, you have to climb many hills or steps to get there). Highly recommend!
Beautiful setup, innovative security system, incredible neighborhood, and so cheap - had the luxury of a double room to myself for two nights for just 100euros. Smooth checkout. Would absolutely do again; highly recommend.
Super cool and great location! Felt very safe. Very responsive and accommodating.
Great place with great management. Was there out of season but was quiet, super clean, and in great location
Amaka House was our favourite hostel so far on our travels!! Really nice layout of the hostel and the shared space was super cool and had lots of cozy little places to hangout. Staff were great!! Very kind and helpful. Other guests were nice too and we felt safe the whole time. Location of the hostel was handy- very close to lots of little streets with insanely yummy restaurants and tons of shops and vendors. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!!
Great location. Really nice staff. Very fair accommodations for the price. Enjoyed myself and Would stay again.
Best hostal, and oldest in the old(nicest) part of the city. Staff is the most beutiful ppl I met in my trip. I will def stay another time in Amaka Hostel when I come back to Granada.
Really enjoyed my time here! The staff was nice, the hostel was clean and I think over all it has everything you need for a cozy and nice stay, at least for my needs :) Especially liked the variety of the chilling places. Only downside was that I found the internet connection / wifi a bit unstable at times.
This hostel is so cute! Our room kinda felt like staying in a cabin at camp. The vibe is nice throughout the hostel. The only downside is the bathroom was a little far from our room.
Very much enjoyed my stay here, ideal neighborhood and there is a quaint garden and common areas. Vibe was good and staff were very helpful when it came to explaining the Semana Santa parades and where to see the processions. Others have mentioned the climb, it is not so bad if you walk from the center of town or further down the Gran Via, but if you take her shortest route from the train station, that will be the steepest.
Kinda hard to find, it is also very dark at night- there aren’t many streetlights near the entrance.
Such a lovely Hostel! Nice people working, relaxed and fine athmosphere — I‘m looking foreward to come back 💚
