Excelente!

I stayed in a private room with an en-suite. The room was a bit dated but large, clean, and functional. The location was convenient for visiting the old town, and having coffee and tea-making facilities was a nice bonus. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Un bel endroit propre. Personnel très serviable, chambre et salle de bain propre et utilitaires. Endroit super calme pour se reposer. En plus c'est super beau !

Was fine there and nice to have a private room, great location and lovely staff, just expected it to be a bit easier to meet people but might have been the time of year and weather that deterred that!

Loved the place, the area and the staff. Amazing value.

Such a lovely stay! Location is wonderful - in the heart of the old town, set on a square and short walk from loads of cafes, restaurants, bars. The room was clean and cosy with all the needed amenities and staff were great with topping up anything we needed. The building is also lovely, I can imagine it would be beautiful in summer with everything in the garden in bloom. The staff were also very helpful with recommendations, check in/out and any Qs we had during our stay.

The most notable thing was the friendliness and kindness of the reception staff. They were so willing to help, to make our lives easier, and ever walked us up the 2 flights of stairs to our room. They let us in early because the room was ready and the room was lovely - spacious, clean and not noisy at night. I would stay there again, mainly because the staff are SO LOVELY! Thanks

I really enjoyed my stay here, but I can see how some people might not like it, since the building is quite old and in need of maintenance. I'm sure that its flaws are, at least to some extent, reflected in the price.

muy buen hostel, muy tranquilo, no es para interactuar con gente, sino para descansar.

Good value for what you get. I wasnt a fan of my window lookimg out into a veranda so everyone could look in. Also the ceilings are very thing and you can hear people walking and even their alarms going off on another floor

It is well located and cheap but literally falling apart. The wifi is also non-existent. If you need to do work or anything with a reliable connection you won’t be able to get it done.

I was surprised that I get to have the room entirely for myself! Very nice and friendly staff who even accompanied me to my room. Very clean and location is awesome!

Super cosy place, more hotel than hostel, really warm whilst it was sub zero outside. Location is amazing, a two minute walk from the centre of the old town. Will definitely return here when next in Krakow

Great Hostel, location was perfect. Check in was a breeze and staff were helpful. The room was clean, well equipped and was quiet . We wild definitely stay here again
