Decent location and super useful that they put on transport to the volcano + lake. Breakfast is included and is really good.

Eine super Unterkunft in Santa Ana. Sehr nah zum Centro historico und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt warmes wasser in der Dusche! Die Küche ist super und der Pool gerade an heißen Tagen sehr erfrischend

Nice hostel! Dorm was clean, bed was comfy, enough toilets, there were lockers for valuables, and shelves to store backpacks, etc., breakfast was quite good. Didn’t think the hostel had much of a vibe but I didn’t go to the bar, so maybe missed out there. Overall it was quite good.

This was the best hostel I have stayed at so far. The owner and the staff are really friendly and the hostel has all the facilities that you need. The dorm was cleaned every day and the breakfast was really good too. 100% recommend!

Stayed there 4 nights and ended up coming back one week after. Staff was really friendly and helpful (i had to go to the dentist and the manager booked me an appointment within a day). Also great breakfast, and clean property and very safe

I thought this was a really really great hostel in Santa Ana! Incredibly well organized and well thought out with lots of details that make the room very comfortable. The only thing is I never got a hot shower, the water was always cold :( and the staff were sometimes hard to find if you needed something. The hostel itself did not offer many tours or activities compared to the other hostels in the area but I loved the volcano tour and luckily met great people on it. I would stay again!

Staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was amazing, different every morning, super filling and delicious, couldn’t have gotten a better breakfast at a cafe or restaurant

Fantastic location. Really friendly reception & cooking team. The communal kitchen was the best-equipped we’ve ever come across (spices, crockery, utensils) and the mixed dorm had separate male/female bathrooms which was nice. Fans & AC in the room too. The breakfasts were varied and delicious and the swimming pool was a godsend in the heat. We were really sad to leave!

One of the nicest private rooms I have stayed in and the host is a super friendly guy who drove me to the bus stop free of charge! The only negative is fairly common in many places I stay. Not much sound blocking between the room and the adjacent common area.

HOT WATER. Super clean. Nice beds. Rooftop. Pool. FREE BREAKFAST. Carlos is awesome. It’s def more expensive esp the food but it was rlly good so can’t complain. They have a lot of information and they arrange transpo if u want to do the Santa Ana volcano. Would stay again!

Nice place but too much money for what you get...zero atmosphere, no one in the bar restaurant or pool...the first day they just brought me a breakfast with nothing I would never eat for breakfast. the 2nd morning was pancakes; COLD but ok...I had to ask for butter (hard as a rock) and jam...beds were fine but no privacy curtains...2 nights, 4 beers, 1 water, 1 dinner and 6% additional to use a card Total: $68...yup TOO much!? Tough to recommend this...🫣🥴👎

In general it was fine, but they didn’t allow my friend to store their luggage for more than one hour after checkout. Furthermore, she wasn’t allowed to wait in the lobby for her shuttle, which was to arrive at midnight. This is very inconsiderate and unsafe as a female solo traveler.

This was on the surface a great hostel and they were flexible when I had to change the dates of my stay. But they have no luggage storage facilities and they’ll kick you out 1 hour after check out. Very inconvenient situation when you’re a woman solo traveller with a late bus to catch. Didn’t get much sympathy
