FANTASTIC stay at THC hostel. Lovely host Maria really helped me climb the stairs with my luggage and made me feel safe and welcome.

I absolutely loved the staff working at the desk. They are a 24 hour reception and just have the upmost care for you as guest. They buzz you in and return the key to you upon your return so you don't have to worry about losing it. We stayed in a room for two with it's own bathroom was really nice. The location was great- next to laundry, mini marts, and metro. I wish it had a kitchen space or a refrigerator for keeping food and it would be difficult to meet others here.

The HOSTAL is small, in the centre of the city, but quite difficult to find. Anyone going there MAKE SURE you use Google maps and locate and get the NAMES of squares, metros, plazas, large cross streets-have them rea. If first time to Madrid, bus/train GET A CAB. Give driver exact street coordinates. Fare Station

Loved my stay here!! Such a great spot and I felt so safe here. Everyone at the front desk was so nice and welcoming! I would definitely recommend to solo travelers who want some more privacy than traditional hostels have to offer. It’s so convenient and easy to get to, just feet away from the Tirso De Molina stop on the 1.

It's a very vice and clean place. The staff is very polite, only a little kitchen - microwave it will be much better.

Staff very friendly ..Facilities spotless.Location good. However no self service kitchen or communal eating/SITTING AREAS.. This was my first international hostel without such facilities ..I assumed this was part of HOSTEL categorisation criteria ..I have coeliac disease so need such facilities .travelled alone so like hostel atmosphere for communal cooking etc ..Not possible at this hostel . Possibly more ideal for couples shirt stay ..

The staff were lovely, daily cleaning services a fabulous and unexpected bonus, our room was great (almost necessary to spring for the deluxe with balcony otherwise space is reallyyy tight). But really loved it. Highly recommend.

Small hotel room (this is not a hostel) had everything we need. Great location for sightseeing but quite loud at night

My boyfriend and I had a great stay! We had a private room with a double bed and en-suite. Our room and bathroom were very clean and the perfect size. The desk attendants were also incredibly friendly and helpful. The security was very good and we felt safe leaving our passports and belongings in the room. The location is great as well, very close to a lot of cafes, restaurants and shopping. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The hostess was very helpful for anything and very nice. Location was close to many restaurants and to the station. The room was clean, enough space for two people and beds were good. Definitely recommend

Reception was outstanding & I added more days to this home away from home. I got room w/terrace that had thriving plants, chairs & table, & room to sunbathe or dance😘 Such a pleasant stay🥰

We had a double room, it was amazing. The reception lady was the sweetest person ever and the room was exceptional. They keep the key for you when you go out, at first we were a bit confused but they have someone at the reception 24/7 to open the door. It was quiet even though it's located in a busy street. There is a laundry place next door and lots of nice coffeeshops.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. The only downside for me is that there is no kitchen, but the owners gave me a hot water kettle, which solved most of my needs
