Napoli Centro

It’s a dorm room in the back garden of a restaurant / bar. Beds are ok, 2 showers that were almost clean, beds had small fans. Staff were nice and helpful! No spots to chill, hang clothes, or do anything but sleep. The restaurant customers also (understandably) looked a bit bemused when you’d step out the shower or walk through with a massive backpack.

Napoli Centro was the favorite hostel i stayed at in El Salvador. Dubai and the rest of the staff were very kind and efficient. The pizza slices and beer at the bar were delicious.

Good location and great staff. Be aware though that there is NO kitchen available for guest use, it is for the restaurant. Breakfast included which was nice but it starts at 8:30am so you’ll miss it if you’re planning on day tripping outside of the city to catch the early chicken buses.

The staff are amazing. When I stayed there it seemed like a more relaxing and quiet hostel, but it was perfect. The breakfast was great as well

Super with the staff, they were EXCELLENT and EXTREMELY helpful with answering questions and making our stay great! Location was great and felt very safe. The motorcycle rental was extremely convenient and affordable (also great because you are able to pick up the bikes in Santa Ana and return in Juayua). Private room was simple, but the mattress was pretty decent and it gets the job done!

It’s just a decent stay. No atmosphere and really quiet, the mattresses are as thin as a pancake and I could feel the metal frame on my back. The bathrooms aren’t the prettiest but the staff are lovely and still made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Ich hab mich richtig doll wohlgefühlt! wir haben uns nen Auto gemietet, der Besitzer ist super entspannt und es war alles super easy! Gute Küche auch und entspannte Dachterrasse:) 10/10

Hostel Natural is an excellent choice, offering a prime location in Santa Ana. The owner, Fernando, is incredibly friendly and speaks great English. The hostel has a peaceful atmosphere, with a calm and relaxed vibe never too crowded. I recommend the 7 Waterfalls hike, which costs just $12, including a knowledgeable tour guide. Renting scooters is also a great option at just $15 for 24 hours. Overall, I strongly recommend this hostel to travelers looking for a restful stay at an affordable Price

Très belle hostel le personnel super gentil et toujours présent!! Plus relax mais si c’est ce que tu a besoin c’est parfait. Très bien situé très proche du centre!! Un de mes hostel préférer!

Excellent séjour dans cet hostel ! 🙏🏻✨😍 L'emplacement est vraiment parfait, le staff et le gérant sont ultra chaleureux et vraiment aidant dans tout ! 🙏🏻 Les chambres sont confortables (il y a même des casiers, et des rideaux, prises électriques dans chaque lit et petit ventilateur dans chaque lit aussi). L'unique chose est que la salle de bain pourrait être améliorée :) Mais cela n'est vraiment pas gênant ! Je recommande Hostal Natural ✨✌🏻

Muy buena recepción personal muy amable nosotros viajamos con vehículo y si no tienen parqueo se quedó en la calle pero gracias a Dios no pasó nada se mira que si hay seguridad en El Salvador y todo está a la mano me encanto el lugar

Hostel com pouco movimento e muita qualidade. O atendente Alejandro é um cara sensacional, lhe ajuda em tudo. A localização é excelente. Vale muito apena, e o preço é muito bom. Recomendo

AVOID THIS HOSTEL AT ALL COSTS! We arrived to find our room given away, crammed into a filthy bunk bed with no curtains facing a loud bar. Then, our door locked us out for over an hour until they finally broke it open, leaving us completely exposed and unsafe! When we demanded a full refund, they outright refused, hiding behind their ridiculous 'policy.' The staff were not just rude but utterly incompetent. This place is a complete disaster! Don’t waste your time or money here. Go anywhere els...

The place is GREAT and CLEAN! Great location, it is in the heart of Santa Ana. Where you can find the famous church Cathedral. As well, there 2 big supermarkets close to the hostal, and little food shops as well and restaurants with good view. And actually the hostal has a bar where you can have your few drinks really chill, I really enjoyed the view from the terrace and grab my beers from the bar of the hostal and just enjoying the view. 10/10

Me encantó visitar Santa Ana, primero porque hay muchas cosas por hacer y explorar, es una ciudad muy hermosa con gente muy amable. Pero lo que más me fascinó fue el hostal donde me hospedé. Hostal Natural, es sin duda el mejor albergue en el que yo me he hospedado en mis 6 meses de viaje, allí recibí una atención maravillosa, todo el personal es muy servicial. The dirtiest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. There were cockroaches and insects crawling round in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. The bathroom shower was covered in thick limescale and mould, the toilets were stained and disgusting. I don’t think the hostel has cleaner; it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over 6 months! The staff were friendly and the hostel has a nice common area but I wouldn’t recommend!!!
