Old Bells Hostel

A wonderful and welcoming hotel with a large garden for relaxing and a well-equipped kitchen. The only downside was that the beds in the 6-bed dorm were a bit saggy; otherwise, it's a very, very good hostel. :) The volunteers are also very nice, especially Adrianna – a great person.

J'étais venu il y a 3 ans et c'était aussi bien. le seul point négatif est la ventilation dans les chambres. Il n'y a qu'un seul ventilateur et il ne fournit pas... j'ai dû aller dormir dans le salon car c'était insupportable. sinon c'était parfait.

Great place!!! It’s well located and the atmosphere is amazing. Stuff is friendly and they are really helpful. Contact with them if you want to visit other places around Santa Ana or Honduras/Guatemala

Location is quite far from everything. My dorm was considerably warm and my bed had a very old mattress. It was weird that 2 dorms had to share one bathroom. The staff is basically foreign volunteers. The kitchen has everything you need. Very cheap hostel, so the value is considerably good.

We had a great time at Old Bells Hostels and especially liked the pool and garden. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was not too far from the center and in a good spot to catch the bus towards the ruta de las floras.

We were crazy duped by the previous reviews - the common space is pretty, but the rooms are awful and bathrooms worse. No private lockers either despite saying there are. One shared fan in the bedroom. Volunteer staff were nice/friendly but that was about it.

Hostal muy bueno, con un grande y magnífico jardin - un poco lejos pero vale la pena !

staff seem lazy and unorganized. loud, drunk people from outside the hostel made it difficult to sleep. bathroom was filthy

Wifi gut, Lage etwas weit entfernt von allen, es sollte mal alles erneuert werden hier besonders der Garten

Great chill place kinda in a odd part of town. Place is well kept and staff was helpful

We booked for 2 days but left early as they were doing a routine cockroach extermination and didn't tell any guest or volunteers. We arrived back in the evening to a note that said don't go into the rooms as they were spraying to kill cockroaches, we immediatly saw 7 around the place and were worried about the smell of our belongings after being exposed to the spray all day. The volunteers weren't informed but helped us with a refund. The place was nice although its a 50 minute walk from the cit...

The property itself is really beautiful, it has an absolutely huge back garden , the staff were lovely, though if you need anything before 9:00am it may be hard as no one is up, They do let the public drink at the bar which i don't mind however they all seem to just stand there and smoke constantly, so i couldn't sit out there when they were there . its also quite far to the city ( 40 mins walk) uber is cheap but adds up if going back & forth.

Random hostel a bit in the middle of no where but good vibe and clean. Good atmosphere and fun people!

The staff is really nice and helpful, the location is good, around a 25 min walk to the central buss station ore a 2$ uber. I felt completely safe waking in the atria at night even if the road outside is a little bumpy. There is a good puppas and gym just 6 min away. So if you’re thinking of staying in Santa Ana I would highly suggest checking this hostel out.

Minha estadia no hostel foi muito tranquila, o local possui um belo jardim nos fundos, além de um bar e uma decoração unica que proporciona um ambiente muito gostoso. Além disso é possivel utilizar a cozinha para preparar suas proprias refeições. O pessoal do hostel é super solicito e amável. Passei dias muito bons com o pessoal. Obrigada!

This place is really cool! Good location near the stadium and shops and busses! Staff was sweet and the bar and pool was nice! Comfy beds!
