White Rabbit Hostel Siem Reap

First dorm room I was shown to genuinely smelt of filth and decay, with some guys stuff alongside lots of rubbish strewn across the floor. Friendly receptionist did let me swap to another dorm, but this one had a broken door that did not lock - even after someone else let them know about this. Place overall looked a bit past it and many places smelled real bad. I didn't want to spend time in the social areas for this reason. $3, but can't call it value when I literally slept with my clothes on.

Our stay at the White Rabbit hostel was fantastic. The staff (thanks Seng and the others!!!) is really nice and the overall vibe of the hostel is really cool and social. They put a lot of value on the bonding between backpackers with loads of events and family dinner. An amazing stay!

Honestly one of the best hostel experiences I’ve had — easy 5/5. The vibes were immaculate from the moment I arrived, and the staff were genuinely some of the friendliest and most engaging people I’ve met on this trip. Not that rehearsed kind of friendly either — they actually cared. The open bar area was the highlight.
