Wifi and AC worked really well and everything was clean. The lady at the front desk was so nice for organising our bus tickets and she even let me use the computer as i had some stuff to sort out that couldn't be done on a phone. Pool was warm like all pools in Cambodia but it was nice to chill out in the shade.

Lovely place to stay for a private room though felt ripped off in having to pay $5 a night for ac, when the heat was just so unbearable !!

Emplacement pratique mais l’annonce n’est pas à jour ! Le pick up de l’aéroport n’est plus d’actualité et le café ou thé entre 6h et 9h est au final payant… La propreté de la piscine était un peu douteuse. Néanmoins, la chambre était propre et spacieuse. Une nuit nous a suffit.

for the price, it's good, clean enough, but one of 2 beds was completely collapsed and very uncomfortable. not much of a hostel vibe. super nice and helpful staff. Id stay again, it's good value for money

I loved this place bar 3 things, aircon is extra cost $5 per night, no fridge in the room, no tb in the room. everything else was perfect, staff are amazing and the girls who run it always mad me feel welcome whenever i came and went, the place was quiet and the other tenants were always talkative and friendly. would definitely visit again

Overall not too bad, just a few wee annoying things. It wasn’t very clean, there was no safe in the room and no safe room to keep our bags after checking out, they were just kept next to the (not always manned) desk at reception.

Excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms plus a decent pool to cool off in.

Beautiful property in good location. Very clean and nice pool. Staff very friendly and kind. do not book a fan room. The fan is not a normal fan it is a terrible overhead fan which doesn’t cool the room at all. They also put you on the sun facing side so the room becomes super hot and you HAVE to pay $5 a day for AC (which also was terrible and barely worked). Place was super good, but the cooling system….

Fantastic little oasis not too far outside of town. Rooms are nice and it's kept clean. My A/C unit was a little weak but it cooled enough to be comfortable while sleeping. The pool was nice for cooling off too. Easy walk to pub street and most other attractions within the city. Super friendly staff that promptly took care of any concerns. Used their laundry service and everything came back clean and smelled so nice. Rented a scooter through them as well.

Da was super friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay at Tropical breeze and it was great we could book tours, transport and transfers easily through the reception. Thank you Da!

Nice clean room with everything we needed. Very nice pool and outdoor area. Lots of tourist information and very helpful staff at the reception.

no Aircon in the private room but otherwise fine

The staff are a warm, welcoming family, who are happy to go the extra mile to help their guests (even helping when my partner had water in his ear!). The Room is large and air conditioned, the pool lovely, and the staff organised a driver for us around Angkor Wat and offer 24hour turnaround on laundry services. We had a lovely time here! Only downside is there were persistent ants in our room, but still a great place to stay in Siem Reap, near market/river/restaurants.

Après 1 semaine à faire plusieurs auberges bruyantes je me suis rendue dans ce petit havre de paix. les chambres sont très bien, j’ai gouté le burger que j’ai trouvé très bon. le seul petit bémol c’est que la clim est payante et ne fonctionne pas très bien. mais sinon, je recommande

Stayed in private room, great location walking into the centre, free re-filled water. Lovely pool and great owners. Free shuttle from bus station but contact information on hostel world isn't correct to email.

Sheets were dirty, I hope they were changed from the person before me. Other than that it was good with free water and a nice pool and balcony

Nice little spot. The pool is great after a hot day. The staff are really nice and friendly, we organized to visit Angkor Wat, the landmine museum and onward transport to Battambang through them. They organized pick up from the bus station for us. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Only downsides were they ran out of double rooms so we were put in a dorm for the first night which was very hot. Also there's not really any atmosphere around the pool/bar.

Great place to stay in Siem Reap. Perfect location, nice clean pool, friendly staff, and great to help you book tours, busses, tickets, and more. I recommend the tuk-tuk tour of Angkor temples through the hotel with the driver named “B”. The only downside is if you select the basic room you must pay 6$ extra to use the air conditioning, which is not clear on website description.
