BEDBUGS - DO NOT STAY HERE We had bedbugs in our dorm and the staff did not seem to care at all, particularly one male staff member who was very rude to me after I said I would be checking out immediately. His words were and I quote “we have bed bugs in our homes it’s fine” and “why are you making it such a big deal” so they are clearly not going to do anything to actually eradicate the infestation and will still allow guests to stay there.
