The shower at female dorms was blocked on all the 5 days I was there the whole place needs a revamp

Amazing courtyard

This is a great and beautiful place . The kitchen is well equipped , the staff extremely friendly , you can find very good books and the swimming pool is waiting for you . It is also very centrally located . So , I can say it is a perfect place , I would have liked to stay much longer .

Be warned that this is a noisy place, with two bars around that can keep you up even on a weekday night. The place is full of mosquitoes, so better embrace that, but otherwise there are some friendly staff, there's a fire pit that's lit every day, and the pool, bar and restaurant are nice. It was not a place for much chatting, activities together or finding community. But whatever, overall it was alright

Great place but very very dated. If you’re staying in the dorms, there are only 2 sinks, 2 toilets and 2 baths for the guys (think it’s shared between 20 or so guys). Lockers are tiny and think there’s only 1 PowerPoint in each room.

All the staff at the hostel are amazing!

The best place ever… So good I’m going back. You will not find a better place in all Zambia… inexpensive, very clean, staff.. special mention… Mike (bartender), Joy(receptionist) Brian and Martha( food and pizza prep). Oh did I say pizza.. the best thin crust. ShopRite across the street and many shopping stores just outside the door.

Il nostro soggiorno al Fawlty Towers è stato veramente piacevole. Nonostante la difficile situazione In termini di elettricità in tutto lo Zambia, nessun servizio è venuto a mancare. Acqua calda, cucina e piscina erano sempre a disposizione. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, gli ambienti sono tutti curati, sia quelli in comune che quelli privati. La cucina a disposizione degli ospiti è attrezzata e pulita.

The hostel is quite nice as it's part of a larger hotel/resort. Very spacious and has many amenities only seen in full service hotels. The location is right by the city center and close to shopping.

I can’t praise FT enough- every time I come back there are visible improvements. Delicious breakfast , free pancakes at 3pm and yummy pizzas to buy all day. Brilliant location, very clean, but it is the wonderful staff who seal the deal. Have to particularly mention Wilkin on the gate, Mirriam, Gladys and Mike, who are among others who are so helpful and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Fawlty Towers. The only things I would like to mention are that they don’t have blackout curtains in the dorms so sunlight enters already in the morning and the taxi driver they use will charge you a lot more than he should. The pool is great, I loved the table out by the kitchen and it’s peaceful there. I would stay there again

I was on my first kayak visit to the area, FT was perfect, attentive staff, Jo and Mike get 5 stars, i would highly recommend ps massage was awsome too

Had a lovely stay at this hostel. The staff was so sweet and helpful. Everything was just amazing! Can really recommend!

Greatly located close to the bus station, good atmosphere and great staff. I just wish the lockers in the dorms would be bigger.

Very nice hostel, I enjoyed my stay here. Although would be nice if they included breakfast within the room price for everyone.
