LEAD Pods Hostel

Really disappointing as this could be a decent hostel, but unfortunately it is really let down by its cleanliness and facilities. Bedding inadequate, pod fan (nice touch) filthy, hair all over the pod. Bathroom essentially flooded every time someone had a shower, one toilet roll for a room of 6 not replaced till next morning, smallest bin for toilet paper for some bizarre reason (a problem if someone is on their period/ill), shower curtain COVERED in mould. Items in the kitchen feels greasy.

Absolutely disgusting bathroom when we arrived. Asked reception to clean the bathroom and the guy (bless him he wasn’t even the cleaner) asked what he should clean. Bed area was dirty and the ceiling in the pod looked like it was going to fall apart.

Filthy - do not stay here. Wish I could say better things about this hostel, but the overwhelming dirtiness just overrides everything. We even told the one member of staff we saw in our two night stay that the bathroom bin was overflowing and needed emptying, he assured us it would be emptied and the bathroom cleaned later that day, but this did not happen. We saw no signs that anyone had cleaned in the recent past, nor saw any cleaning happening while we were there.

Loved this hostel so much the Pods were huge & spacious with great location / staff Only thing I didn’t really like was the shower

Es super lindo, mucha privacidad en las habitaciones. Buena decoración general. Y el personal muy buena onda! cuando vuelva a salta sin duda repetiré.

This hostel was a really good option for Salta and is located near the plaza. The staff and volunteers were very friendly and made an effort to get to know the guests. While the atmosphere was quiet on most nights, there was a language exchange night which got both locals and guests chatting over beer. While the pods look nice in photos, the entire building needs a makeover. There is no AC, not enough electrical outlets in the common areas, and the shower pressure was never consistent.

kitchen without a hob to cook on so it's not a kitchen. Showers are faulty and not very clean. Too hot in the rooms, the air conditioning doesn't work. I don't recommend it at all.

In den Kapseln ist es trotz einem Ventilator viel zu warm. Für eine warme Stadt wie Salta ist ein Ventilator viel zu wenig. Das Frühstück war ein bisschen wenig aber ok. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Wasserspender. Die Kpche ist nicht wirklich zum Kochen geeignet da es kein Herd gibt. Zu,indest habe ich es nicht gesehen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr alt und könnte eine Generalüberholung gut verkraften. Ein bisschen sauberer könnte es zudem auch sein. Die Lage ist sehr zentral aber nicht laut.

Really enjoyed the privacy of the pod - own security locker, light and plug socket. Great spot for a few days in Salta. Pods can get very hot but an individual fan is provided. Great location and within walking distance to the main plaza near museums/churches/bars & restaurants.

Good hostel that covers the basics.

Bien situé et sécurisé mais la salle de bain ne se ferme pas et dès que quelqu’un bouge dans son box, le bruit du bois s’entend dans toute la chambre. Petit déjeuner sommaire. Et pas de lieux de vie commun agréable

i only stayed here one night but wouldnt recommend. The Hostel is on a strange street and doesnt feel clean inside. The pods are quite hot inside and the fans arent much help. There is a good amount of space inside the pods for your things and beds were fine. The common areas were not condusive to hanging out so no community vibe. No front desk either because you use codes to get in everywhere so just felt cold inside.

Ich habe drei Nächte in dem Hostel verbracht. Es ist ein super Hostel mit toller Lage, jedoch kein guter Ort um Leute kennen zu lernen, da es keinen gemeinschaftsraum gibt. Sonst ein super Ort.

It’s just very basic, from the pods to the breakfast. Shower was nice and warm though.

Super hostel, les capsules sont très pratiques, plutôt spacieuses et permettent une bonne intimité, avec un coffre à l'intérieur pour ranger ses affaires (apporter un cadenas !). Seul bémol, la douche commune est dans la chambre et c'est la même pièce que les toilettes. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais copieux. Le système de codes pour entrer dans l'hostel et dans sa chambre est très pratique, permet une bonne autonomie. Cuisine partagée, attention pas de plaque de cuisson,mais un f...

The pods are very comfortable and big enough to get your bag in too so it feels like having your own little room which is lush. The staff are really friendly and go above and beyond to help you out in any way they can. Great location for exploring the city and felt very safe.

I have had one of the best hostel experiences here. I loved the pods really comfy and cosy. Everything was clean all the time. Location is right in the center so couldn’t be more convenient. The staff was adorable. The main guy working there ( I thought he was the owner ) offered us twice to be our personal guide, brought us to some places, gave us info about the culture and the city. Absolutely lovely Highly recommend

really great place to stay! good price compared to other hostels as well, for your own space. had the room to myself for 2 nights. weather wasn’t too hot as well so can’t comment on how well the fans would work if it was peak summer. only downside was there’s no stove to cook anything, so just the toaster oven. bathroom was decent, no hand soap though which is needed. bedroom also didn’t have a locker. would stay again though!
