Nous ne sommes pas restés dans cette auberge qui nous est apparue très sommaire (lits et sanitaires communes) Beaucoup d'encombrants dans les escaliers et une atmosphère assez étrange malgré un accueil très moyen La situation sur un boulevard face à la station service n'est pas non plus très réjouissante (des garages abandonnés et des dépôts d'objets usagés) Le côté jardin est assez quelconque La notation du guide du routard devra être revue et corrigée car cet hébergement ...
A great accomodation to discover the Maramureș region. The hosts are really welcoming and are a mine of information concerning the surroundings. They can recommend great restaurants and activities to do around the hostel. They are super helpful and really made our stay easier. The location is really pleasant, with a lot of greenery, hens, dogs, cats... The neighbourhood is great: safe and close to most amenities (station, shops, restaurants, museums...). The bedrooms are clean and comfortable...
I highly recommend this hostel! It was really good, staff is friendly and really helpful. It is the best hostel I have ever been!
Les propriétaires sont très sympas. Le lieu est un peu difficile à trouver, mais très bien situé. Nous avons très bien dormi et avons passé un très bon moment à Sighetu. Merci

I had a really nice stay here. The dorm was spacious and the bathrooms were clean with good showers. It's a family run place and the friendly and helpful host was right there if I needed anything. My stay was quiet. It was off season and I was the only guest in the room. I would definitely recommend this place. It is hard to find (through a fence and behind another building. There is no sign), so it might be good to reach out to the host before arriving.
Beautiful light rooms, comfortable beds and nice and helpful owners (even took me to the station the last day as it was raining!). No kitchen but a kettkle and a fridge. If you use public transport, try to go Monday to Friday to find buses to visit different villages, no options at the weekend. I would def. stay again here
Amazing hostel with great genuine hospitality! The location is ideal for discovering Maramures. Loved our stay, and rarely felt so welcome before. 10/10!
