Babel Siem Reap Guesthouse

Insgesamt gut, Betten und Pool schön und sauber, super Klimaanlage, Bad etwas alt. Leckeres Frühstück. Wir haben die Touren über das Hostel gebucht. Das war für Angkor Wat und Kampong Phluk super, die Village Tour war etwas seltsam. Außerdem war an einem Tag eine weitere Mitarbeiterin dort, die die einheimischen Angestellten etwas unfreundlich zu behandeln schien.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le stanze sono pulite e l’ambiente offre un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassata. Il personale è molto disponibile e la cucina deliziosa. Non trovo nessuna nota negativa, il soggiorno è stato ottimo

Loved it! Perfect place for a solo traveller. Lots you can get involved in but it’s not a pure party hostel. Loads of tours etc you can book which was great fun.

Super séjour à Babel. Nous sommes arrivées là-bas suite à de nombreuses péripéties et le personnel a été adorable avec nous. Ils nous ont aidé à planifier la visite des temples d’Angkor et des villages flottants à Tonle Sap. Je recommande à 200%.

Its OK You can hear EVERYTHING in the building, every door close, every toddler running, or crying at any hour. The family live on the third floor, and if you have young kids and want to wake up when families do, and hear their excitable stomping - great! Das Hostel ist top! Superfreundliches Personal, köstliches Essen und über allem schwebt der Nachhaltigkeitsgedanke. Im ersten Unverpacktladen Kambodschas kann man regionale Verpackungssparende Dinge einkaufen.. Das macht Babel Guesthouse besonders. Außerdem kann unbegrenzt Wasser nachgefüllt werden. Sehr positiv!

Very nice place to stay with loads of activities you can book directly through them. The restaurant has good food. Loved the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler, you have to be proactive to socialize here though. It’s mostly families and some friend groups. I did speak with some nice people, but it’s not social like a hostel would be. Still enjoyed my stay though

Hostel bien placée, tres agréable ! Propre, calme et tres belle piscine. Restaurant tres bon et abordable. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour.

Amazing front garden and cafe area. Food and rinks are also excellent. Easy to book tours. Rooms are big but a bit outdated. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff - friendly and helpful. Help to organise tours etc and the food is really good and reasonably priced. Loved the little eco-shop at the front of the guesthouse and the ethos of the owners and staff. Room was comfy, clean and nicely decorated - great air con as well. The pool was also fab!!!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt dort! Das Hostel liegt etwas nördlicher von der Pub Strasse auf der anderen Fluss Seite aber alles war fussläufig gut erreichbar! Es gab organisierte Touren und das super liebe und freundliche Personal hat einem bei allem unterstützt, sodass man kaum was selber machen musste. Das essen war sehr gut mit gutem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Dies ist kein Party Hostel sondern eher ein Ort zur Entspannung nach anstrengenden Tagen in Angkor Wat!

Room was big and clean and downstairs bar was a nice place to be, drinks were reasonable and the food was delicious. The owner is a nice dude from the UK and was really friendly and super accommodating. The eco ethos of the place is lovely and the local soap products they provide for you in the rooms are amazing. The pool is a bonus though that area could do with a bit of updating. Note this is not a party place just a nice place to chill out while staying in siem reap. Would recommend

Great place to stay. So welcoming, chilled and friendly. Its the perfect base to explore the area. I made use of their Angkor Wat tours and booked a driver for two days, Im so glad I did, great value for money and I got to see so much. After a long day exploring the ruins the guesthouse was the perfect place to come back to a relax.

Our stay at the guesthouse was amazing! The people are so kind and the restaurant has great food (which gets added to your final bill when you checkout - they take credit card as well)! A great little oasis in the city with the plant filled cafe and the pool. Love the eco tourism focus as well. They have their own tours and tuktuk drivers which was super helpful! A drive to the airport was super reasonable.
