It’s a large bedroom with all needed amenities, even water and a washing machine. The host was easy to communicate. The bed was very comfortable, just not clean, there was some black hair left behind.

To be clear, this is a condo! Clearly stating that they don’t do short term rentals. Only place near by I could find with a pool. You have to be ushered in by your contact to the pool every time. They only have 7 loungers and 3 are in the shade. If you move them to the sun, the security will tell you to move them back. Most people are laying out towels on the tile floor. Weird! That being said the personal contact was extremely prompt. Room had drinking water and frig. Nice place

Great property. Feels more like a hotel than a hostel so not sociable but great for a relaxing break. Clean and gorgeous views, also just a 10 minute walk into District 1. A washer and dryer were available in my room as well which was a great add on. Would definitely recommend if you are after a hotel vibe for less cost.

stunning property! clean and secure. Host was brilliant, very accommodating and sent loads of suggestions for places to go. More of an apartment vibe so not very social but ideal if you're a bit older and looking for a reasonably priced and decent place to stay. Loads of things right next door (7/11, winmart, cafes). Pool was busy and couldnt use the gym but no fault of the host.

TeeUp was a lovely change to our SE Asia backpacking travels. We went as a couple and were so impressed with this gaff. Washing machine with washing powder for laundry, little kitchen and a peng shower. The pool is great on 7th floor, needed in the Saigon heat. Owner is really lovely and helpful, gives some good recommendations too. If you want a bit swankier / quieter stay as a couple or some friends, this place is for you !!

Lovely property, good location on the river and away from D1 business but just a 10 minute taxi into town. Well equipped flat, really appreciated the washing machine and detergent which helped me get through some laundry. One suggestion is for more toilet roll to be made available as we were only given 2 rolls for a 4 night stay, and there are also no tea towels so it’s not possible to dry the dishes.

Great place for a stopover in Ho Chi Min. Please note it is not a hotel or hostel, it is more a small apartment in a building complex. Really enjoyed having a washing machine to do laundry!

Not really like the pictures, much more work down. Our first room had a cockroach but quickly got changed to another one. Rooms has all the necessities you need plus pool and 7eleven in the building. Short walk to city center. A bit pricey for what you get since tax is not included in the price and the rooms aren’t as good as they look in the pictures, but overall a good stay!

Great choice for exploring HVMC! This isn’t a hostel, but your own studio apartment in a huge block in District 4 - over the river from District 1 in a more residential area but so fun! Bryan was super responsive to messages, gave us recommendations for restaurants and could book tours. Place was clean, functional and had an amazing view of the city, especially at night!

Bryan the host was amazing, always looking after his guests sends a lot of tips and restaurant recommendations and is always there when you have a question. Really great host can only recommend him! Room was good for asia simple for europe but as described. Room was clean everything worked, you can even wash your clothes. I know this accommodation is on the website but it’s surely not a hostel! You can meet people at the pool area maybe but everyone who lives in the block can go there.

It is not a hostel itself, but its a wonderful place to stay inside a residence tall building. Great location and facilities, and the swimming pool is amazing. Great value for money.

Amazing hosts and great value

We enjoyed our stay so much, we had a room on the 20th floor with a great view over the city, Bryan the manager always responded super quick to our messages. The room was clean and nice.
