Capsule Hotel - Copenhagen

Great Hostel, very clean and nice staff

I stayed in one of the capsule pods and unfortunately had a serious safety issue on arrival. When I arrived, I had not been sent the entry code for the building, meaning I was completely locked out. I attempted to call the emergency contact number several times, but it did not work. The only reason I was able to enter the building was because someone happened to walk by and let me in. not very social but very clean& cozy

I would be very cautious when booking this hostel. The digital check-in system failed despite multiple booking confirmations. I arrived at 6pm and there was no staff on-site and couldn’t reach anyone via the 24/7 hotline or email until the next morning. I was ultimately left without accommodation for the night. Other guests reported having similar issues, suggesting this is not an isolated event. It’s a cool concept, but unreliable. Avoid if arriving outside staffed hours (7:30am-1pm)

expensive, but so is everything else in the city. everything is very clean and seems new. I liked the capsule, you get a lot of privacy. the staff barely seems to be there but the few I encountered were pleasant. I wish they held activities or had a better social area. everyone just kept to themselves. it was really just a place to sleep.

I loved the capsules, so much more privacy than a bunk and the locking door means you can leave things at your bed. There are only two showers and they are very small so that is the largest drawback.

Great location. Pods had the perfect temperature even with hot temperatures outside. Bed was really comfortable and towels provided was really good extra. A bit pricey but still affordable for Copenhagen. Only downside was that the lockers required to have your own lock which I didn’t see any information before.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It still has the feel of a hostel but with your own private sleeping pod. I never had an issue with needing to use showers or bathroom. I tried the breakfast once and it was fine but not filling. The location is really good because it is close the Central station. I would recommend to my friends to stay here.

Pretty expensive for what it is. The bed was okay comfortable, but my bedding had some hair in it which made me question if it were clean - linens smelled weird. No lockers in the room which is weird. Lockers in the lobby are too small for luggage. I only picked this because it was close to the train and I was only staying one night. I was able to check in early which was nice after long travel. But I will likely not return.

Was attacked in the street outside the hostel at night by someone homophobic. Staff were also much less friendly to my friend who is not white than they were to me. Cleanliness was ok but the place is nothing special. Overall I did not enjoy my stay at all.

Perfect capsule for privacy. Check in can be done before even showing up so you can just walk straight to capsule. Everything was perfect about this stay. Very close to central station.

Friendly, clean, quiet and perfectly located hostel. Helpful, friendly staff and excellent breakdast included. Highly recommennded.

Fantastic hostel in the heart of Copenhagen. Super quiet yet friendly atmosphere and most people respect the quiet hours. Staff had fabulous recommendations for non-touristy things to do. Very easy to get around and felt very safe here. I would stay here again!

Enjoyed my time there! Interesting people, chilled atmosphere. Breakfast is okay, there are no issues with only 2 showers. Matress could be changed to a new one though

This was a great find! I stayed 6 nights. The staff were wonderfull and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Its a very chill vibe, quiet at night. Well located a couple of blocks from central station. I will stay again for sure.

Really enjoyed my stay in the summer at Woodah, breakfast is a bonus as Copenhagen can be quite expensive. Despite the many guests, I never had to wait for the bathroom/shower and the pods were spacious with enough storage. Really chilled vibe and in a great location near many cool restaurants, vintage shops and bars. Would be back for sure!

I had a wonderful stay at the Woodah. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Beds very comfortable - I slept like a baby. But also the other guests in the room were very considerate and respectful to each other. A really nice breakfast is includet. Would go there at any time again.
