Clean, staff very nice
The cutest and kindest people running this place, they cared so much about making it a nice stay and gave me everything I needed! Super clean and the tents were so comfy with mattresses and blankets. The location is less than 5 min moped drive to centre but in such a peaceful, beautiful area! Would definitely stay again.
Very lovely Dutch owners! He learned us archery! We overall loved our stay here! It was a different experience than most budget hostels. The only downside was the power that would sometimes not fully charge our phones. Would definitely recommend Tentstar!
Had a great stay here. The owner did a traditional boodle fight to say goodbye to some staff and invited all the guests to eat with them. It was so sweet and the food was amazing! The vibe was so nice outside in the tent with the stars. We did karaoke and all staff were so lovely.
We loved our stay here, the family running it are so helpful and attentive. We stayed in a tent which was comfy and well equipped for our needs. It’s a very peaceful place. Our only reason for not staying longer was wanting to be closer to town for bars in the evening. However the family did kindly run us into town on the trike when we needed it. Really lovely stay!
the couple running the place and the rest of the staff are super welcoming and kind. make you feel like you’re family. if you’re looking for a peaceful stay close enough to town but just far enough away this is the perfect spot. amazing stay wouldn’t reccomend enough!
such a peaceful lovely environment, was nice to have a change from the city. tent was very very hot and the fan doesn’t do much. one staff member (a guy) was very helpful and nice. good food but they seemed annoyed whenever we ordered something like they didn’t want to make it. decent toilets- no hot water but all eco so didn’t expect it. pretty far from the town but can walk or rent scooters or get tuktuk it’s easy to get to
First ever I blame myself to book this place . And the the reasons as bellow . 1- in this hot weather the offer only a little fan and was working with rechargeable battery . The battery off at 2am I wake up with sweaty temperature , as there bứa no window to open no light . I used my phone torch 🔦 to go and ask for a help . Was no one there 🙁. Only two unfriendly dogs 🐕 with aggressive barking . I was really felt sorry for my situation 🙁. I will tell you more if you allow me to ...
Really beautiful place with a stunning view and super great hosts that can share a lot more about the Philippines culture and people. Really recommend the pancakes for breakfast. It is a bit far from most places but it is worth the view.
The hosts are very welcoming and sweet! If there is anything you need, it will be taken care of straight away. Either boats tour, food, scooter rent, you name it. Just overall a nice experience! Would’ve stayed longer but we had a flight to catch 🥲 11/10
ATTENTION PUCES DE LIT Très mauvaise expérience dans cet établissement. Certes, si vous cherchez de la tranquillité, cet endroit convient puisqu’il est isolé du centre. En revanche, la mention eco-friendly ne devrait pas justifier le manque de confort et d’équipement des lieux, surtout avec un prix de 20€ la nuit. We stayed for three days. The staff was okay but its kinda far from the city. They have a menu for food but there are a lot of things not available. Also, the pool is dirty and green. We slept in the cheapest tents and we could hear every car/scooter passing by in the morning. In general we would not recommend.
Loved my stay in Tentstar, the family is really welcoming and nice and kind, they help me to book tours and a van to El Nido, it’s a little bit far from town but you can walk o take a tuktuk, and they also have food over there so there’s no need to go far if you’re hungry. It’s immersed in nature and you’ll be surrounded by it’s sounds and there also a beach really close from there and nobody it’s going to be there, thank you so much!!
Nous avons loué les petites cabanes. Tout etait super propre, avec serviette et une moustiquaire "grand luxe". l'etablissement est situé a 10 minutes du centre en tuktuk, donc loin de la plage et de tous les restaurants. je vous déconseille les tentes, nous avons eu pas mal de retour négatifs dessuspar les autres clients (il pleuvait a ce moment là). Le lieu est charmant et en pleine nature donc si vous voulez du dépaysement et de calme, c'est idéal. Ne prenez pas de tour avec eux, trés ...
Amazing stay in a beautiful location, staff are all lovely people and were happy to help with anything :) really enjoyed our time here, ended up staying 3 extra nights! Would come back again if passing through the area, thank you guys 😁
