The Friends Hostel & Sauna

I think I might have a different experience because I got a private room. Turns out this private room was outside and it was kinda like a cottage situation. My room was not clean at all unfortunately. The bathroom, for example, had mold and there were stains on the walls in my room. Idk if they ever cleaned the place or anything, but yeah. Safety wise, not great because the staff broke through my window to get my keys that were locked inside the room. Yeah, they also don’t have spare keys.

I only stayed one night because the bathrooms were dirty, people were coming in with shoes and the floor is always wet so it makes it dirty ofc... easy to solve. The place is general is cosy and it's very lively with the family living in the building. convenient with the washing machine and drier also small shop with snacks and useful things. Would recommend if you don't mind being a little of center

I Love this place, Beautiful roof wit great view on the Ocean, 5 min walk from the beach, Excellent Moroccan breakfast, brilliant service, very clean, friendly family business they're took care of me beautifully, I've been in Agadir many times and it is my favourite place, Excellent price

The Friends hostel is a cozy, lively place with a lot of room for cool social interactions and meeting new travellers. All of the amenities were perfect, the host was welcoming and helpful, there are also cute kittens around :) The location is very quiet and not so far away from the city centre

Great stay overall. The place was clean and the staff helpful. I arrived a day early and, even though they were fully booked, they let me pitch a tent in the garden and use the facilities. Simple but comfortable, with really cute animals around.

I had a nice stay! Staff was friendly and I loved the experience of staying in this hostel. Other travellers were lovely and considerate. I felt safe staying there.

This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed in, in terms of location, cleanliness, service provided and general atmosphere. The kitchen isn't clean, the owner is completely unapproachable. When I first checked in, the bed wasn't even made - the owner got up and made the bed in front of me with her bare feet on the bed.

This is not just a place to stay overnight, but a cozy family corner with a warm atmosphere, where each guest becomes almost like a friend. The hostel is located in a quiet area near the city center, within walking distance of attractions, shops and transport.

Terrible hostel. Avoid at all costs. on my second stay which I chose out of desperation more than anything else, no one was at reception. I waited an hour. the owner never apologied. never acknowledged they were in the wrong. the place is a compete dump. the kitchen is filthy. raw meat on the counter- I saw this at night. in the morning it was still there. atmosphere is bad.

I booked a 5 bed-dorm, but it appeared that the dorm had... 15 beds! The 5 bed-dorm doesn't exist at all. The description is not accurate. Besides, the hostel has dogs who bell even early in the morning. Showers could be cleaner.

Had an amazing stay at the Friends Hostel! The hosts were very helpful and generous! Made great friends, had great times and would definitely recommend others staying here! A great stay and I have made friends for life! 🥰

Good location. our room was nice for the price. We were able to do laundry. Kitchen was unusable a lot of the time due to dirty pots being left meaning we couldn’t use them. We made breakfast here but had to wait a long time for pots to be available. Cooking was a hassle so we ate out for lunch+dinner which we don’t usually do in hostels. The hostel was messy. The hosts didn’t speak to us. We did not feel welcome here which was a shame as the place has potential to be much nicer than it is...

This is one of the warmest and coziest places I have ever been. The hostel is only 700 meters from the center, but at the same time it is quiet enough to relax. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every Friday there are small events, such as barbecue parties, where you can meet other travelers and chat in a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would like to separately note the common areas - a cozy...
