Lovely place, had everything you needed, not particularly social but it’s in a nice quiet area so great to relax. Staff were nice too
The hostel pretend that our reservation got lost but somehow they still had our deposit and tried to sell us the room for a higher price. Overall it was a decent stay in a good neighborhood.
Overall nice stay but wish I knew it was israeli owned beforehand
Hostel was in good location and felt safe. Rooms were very small and the hostel seemed to be supportive of the idf which is worth noting before you go.
Pros - hot water, kitchen is decent, and beds aren’t too bad. Cons - a morgue could rival this hostels atmosphere, staff were unfriendly at best and rude at worst, toilet paper was missing in the bathroom for 14 hours (could’ve told staff but it’s a good test for how regularly they clean and check…) and bin was overflowing, location is pretty mid for the things you actually want to see in Panama City, pool is dirty, WiFi is a tragedy if you’re not downstairs, signs over the hostel are ...
The staff, location, and cleanliness were all great. My only complaint is that it was very warm inside the room until the AC was turned on at 9pm and then it still took hours to cool down. Didn’t make for a great nights sleep. Only about half of the outlets worked and it was not easy to access the upper bunk in the small private rooms due to the bunk ladder being against the wall.
Staff is very helpful and we had a comfortable stay. Location is great for walking to restaurants and mini supers and inexpensive taking uber or drive or taxis to local sights.
Very dark hostel, very creepy and immature stickers on every toilets. Feels like a prison and the general vibe was off
Great hostel with great facilities . The stuff was great with kindness and the breakfast is great!
A great oasis for travellers and a great price.
schönes Hostel, lieber EmpfangundgutesFrühstück. wenige Bäder, aber man kommt zurecht
Overall a good place, good beds, breakfast, pool and friendly staff It’s very famous for Israeli people and so they build a big crowd sometimes and like to stick with each other speaking in their language :) that’s all fine, but many of them also come to make party and not everyone seems to be used to hostel lifestyle. There is anyway not much space in the dorms and often they bring huge suitcases, turn on the lights at all times, confuse the beds, talk loud at 3am etc Otherwise it was a...
Nice and spacious pool area and common room, all you can eat pancake+fruit breakfast, friendly staff and guests. The dorm bunk beds are stacked very close but somehow I manage to sleep well. Good option for a night if you pass by
way too expensive 81$ for 1 room, in a very very basic hostel, no charm
Avoid this place! The hostel is average but the owners' complete disregard for it's guests is unacceptable. They closed down the common areas for the guests to have a private party for 20 people which was a major safety issue as the rooms couldn't be locked. Also they were blasting music until 4am so it was impossible to sleep. I checked in day before the party and the owner 'forgot' to mention about it. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
I stayed in one of the private rooms with my girlfriend. The place is comfortable and not a party and loud hostal like the other one nearby (Manchico). I prefer like this specially when traveling with my girlfriend.
Chileno
This place has potential but there were some basics that need attention like providing the Wifi password at check-in and keeping the bathrooms stocked with toilet paper and soap. No free towels provided. Breakfast was decent -- pancakes, papaya, pineapple and coffee. Great location, walking distance to metro. Beds have curtains, plugs, fan and light. Almost no atmosphere and several guests who didn't seem like your average hostel-goer/backpacker type so I only stayed one night.
