Munnarism

Everything was great, clean and the staff is really nice so overall and we had a lovely evening. But the property is around 1,5-2 h outside of Munnar and on the way back, it took us almost 7 (!!) hours to get back to the city due to the traffic. The people that we talked to made it seem as if this was quite normal

Very Nice location. Friendly staff and really good food. It is a bit far from munnar but that I think is a good thing so it is les busy. Reccomend it a lot!

Really nice place with kind owner. They even cook there and its amazing! Looking forward to come again While you are there you can go to kuviloor for some amazing views

amazing place in the hills. you sleep nect to the monkeys and the birds, great for being in silence with nature and the nearby reception has a cozy bonfire and camping vibe. amazingly friendly crew, the warm water did not constantly work

Booked one night at Munnarism, but ended up staying a week! As a solo traveller, I loved the warm hospitality, cheap rates, and upbeat staff. They offer 5 options—from luxury jungle mud cottages, private villas, dorms to forest tent camping and lively evening events. Enjoy jeep treks, nearby farm visits, and 3 waterfalls. There's a restaurant, 2 self-cook properties, long-stay volunteering, bus/shared jeep access, and pickup services from Munnar with scenic stops to Vattavada. Brilliant find.

Munnarism’s welcoming staff, relaxed vibe, and budget-friendly rates made it impossible to leave. I stayed in the clean, basic dorms with a kitchen, self-cooking most days. Volunteering for three weeks made the experience even more special. Days were spent jeep trekking, farm visiting, and chasing waterfalls, while evenings brought great company. Their restaurant served delicious local food. I used their Munnar pickup and sightseeing package, making the journey even more exciting. A must-visit...

This is not a hate review. I’m just describing what I experienced, and I think everyone choosing to stay with them deserves to know. 1. THE PICTURES ARE MISLEADING. The actual “hostel” is situated half a kilometre away in an isolated place, a fully rusty uncleaned and horrible room with a couple of beds. A very dirty bathroom too. 2. The staff was unfriendly - didn’t even give us drinking water, a lock for the room nor a cleaned room…this was one of the worst places I have stayed in ...

Je recommande ! Très bel endroit au milieu de la forêt et de la nature. Un resto disponible sur place, personnel accueillant et aimable. Le lieu est bien aménagé et permet de se reposer et de faire des feux. Tea shop et minis commerces en bord de route accessibles à 10min à pied. Parfait pour se reposer et profiter de la nature

He had one of the best staying in Munnar, in the middle of the National Park of Pambadum. Rami was a really good host, he had lots of chats, good time, we did a fire place and really enjoyed our staying in Munnarism. We really recommend to get lost in this small paradise. Thank you Rami and all the workers for everything.

Beautiful area and helpful staff. Female only dorms were great, however not located at main property and not pictured above.

first of all the staff are great, nice people. the area is a beautiful forest and very quiet. it is very affordable and I would go back for sure!

Una bellissima sorpresa. Una guest house immersa in una natura rigogliosa. Comodo arrivarci perché ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Il propietario sempre disponibile e gentile così come il suo staff. Insomma una esperienza da ripetere.

Munnarism was fantastic! The female dorm, cozy and convenient with a self-cooking kitchen, is near Pampadum Shola National Park and Vattavada farms, offering a tranquil setting. The friendly staff organized a delightful trip to local farms and a community barbecue. Surrounded by nature, I enjoyed the serene atmosphere and incredible hikes. Munnarism is perfect for a quiet and scenic retreat—highly recommended!

Posto davvero bello lontano dal caos della piccola munnar , ma se volete immergervi nella natura della foresta e campi da te e il posto ideale , oltretutto la struttura è davvero bella , il propietario Remi persona squisita e stato davvero molto disponibile e di aiuto , abbiamo anche intavolato una piacevolissima conversazione la sera del nostro arrivo oltre ad essere stato molto ospitale . Altrettanto per gli altri dipendenti della struttura persone molto efficienti e accoglienti . Consigliato...

Posizione isolata e pacifica, personale simpatico, se prenoti in dormitorio hai a disposizione una cucina, colazione inclusa

prima struttura in India che mette a disposizione la cucina, posto isolato e tranquillo immerso nella foresta. Personale super disponibile! rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono con colazione inclusa. il camping è collegato bene con le città circostanti con mezzi pubblici ogni ora dalle 6 alle 18

Le manager et ses amis m’ont volés un portefeuille et une batterie dans mon sac ! L’établissement est par ailleurs très sale et ne dispose pas de casiers. Le manager est très désagréable, hautain et malhonnête. Établissement à éviter absolument!
