PAMAhouse Boutique Hostel

+ Ich habe mich im Pama Hostel vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastfamilie ist wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man muss doch einige Treppen steigen, dafür gibt es aber auch eine kleine Dachterrasse, von welcher man einen Blick - in meinem Falle beim Silvesterfeuerwerk - zum Asiatique erhaschen kann. Mir war diese stille Zuflucht in der wuseligen Silvesternacht wirklich Balsam auf der Seele. Generell war es sehr ruhig im Hostel. Es gibt gratis Wasser und man kann sich in der Küche auch ein Frühstück zubereiten.

- Ich habe bereits in vielen verschiedenen Bezirken Bangkoks übernachtet. Von daher würde ich sagen, dass die Lage und der Anschluss an öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel hier eher dürftig ist. Man muss auf jeden Fall mit dem Bus fahren, zum Flanieren taugt die mehrspurige Straße nicht unbedingt. Ebenso ist das Angebot an Restaurants etwas begrenzt. Also keine typische Touristenregion. Die Dorms sind ziemlich dunkel, was mich aber auch nicht gestört hat, da ich ja nur zum Schlafen dort war.

+ Kind, friendly staff who were very accommodating with excellent communication. We were able to leave our bags at reception when we arrived early and also after check-out due to our late departure, which was greatly appreciated. My room and communal areas (bathroom, Kitchen) were always kept tidy. The property had a warm, homey feel that made it easy to relax and settle in. Tea and coffee were provided, and complimentary water was supplied daily. Walking distance to local shops and other retail places close by.

- No lift only stairs, also Located on a main road, so traffic noise was noticeable at times, but it wasn’t overbearing or disruptive. My bed was hard, I prefer a soft bed but was still reasonably comfy.

- Очень шумный номер на втором этаже - персооналу наплевать на это и они дали мне именно шумный номер так как я остановился на один день. +Дороговато за такой номер.

+ Beautiful hostel with great facilities. Location has a great local vibe that you'll miss in the busy areas.

- Malo je moteče, ker je ob prometni cesti in se ponoči sliši hrup.

+ I liked the service, it's a very welcoming place with a great atmosphere, and there are places to eat nearby, close to the Icosian mall. The owner is an excellent person, and the service was incredible.

+ This was such a great stay. Hostel is pieceful and host was such a nice lady. We felt at home.

+ Cleanliness, easy checkin instructions and good communication with the host , good amenities. Liked the kitchen , common area and terrace. Rooms are tidy and has good bed too.

+ I sought privacy. I got it! The room was spacious for a solo traveller. The location was excellent, one tuktuk ride away from Asiatique. The breakfast was freshly home cooked. I met the host briefly to say Hi and she was awesome!

+ This hostel is located in a truly vibrant neighborhood. I loved walking along this street every day—it made me feel like one of the local residents! I never felt unsafe; on the contrary, everyone was very friendly and full of smiles. We stayed in the family apartment (two adults and two teenagers), and it was spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the common area and the kitchen downstairs. The host prepared a fresh breakfast for us every morning, which was plentiful, delicious, and truly unique. It made our stay feel very special!

- Some might find this accomodation a little noisy, but noise in Bangkok is normal, I think.

+ Location is good, rooms were very clean and spacious, to relax without so much noise from outside!

+ La chambre est assez spacieuse, avec des rangements. La chambre était très propre, ainsi que les douches/toilettes. Il y a une petite terrasse très agréable au dernier étage.

- Il y a pas mal de bruits extérieurs. Je ne pensais pas en réservant la chambre, mais les douches et toilettes sont bien communs.
