Wake Up Wellness Hostel

Very weird and spooky vibes. No staff at all. Dodgy people staying there. I didn't feel safe. Good location tho.

Good location, close to the station and city center. Beds had curtains around them, which is great for privacy! The lockers are way too narrow to put your luggage in, so they went unused in my room with four people. The bathroom facilities were sufficient.

No employees exist. Kitchen is a joke.

Pretty good! Could be a bit cleaner. Ladies shower room had no lock, making it unusable(for me anyway) Key code didn’t work so I had to contact support, lots of guests had this issue, but the support was helpful and got me a new code quickly

Was okay for a short stay but nothing more. I had to ask 2 times for a key just so I could lock the WC-Room. But there wasn’t a key for the bathroom with the shower so I felt really uncomfortable. Also the toilets on the ground floor (where the all female room is) are right next to the entrance and „chill“-area (where nobody ever was). I didn’t like it and would not go there again. The only good thing were the curtains on the bunks & that it’s close to the main train station.

Some shady business practice and have great calibre in harassing customer for reservations done 9 months earlier. They should be sued. First they will debit for confirming reservation, then on the day of checkin they will cancel and say we are full. Their license to operate should be revoked.

It's a contactless hostel so there's no one physically there when you arrive. The cafe was nit available when I arrived and I had no indication of this prior to my stay. The room was nice but our curtain for the window wasn't attached and was just left on a chair in the room letting in light all night long.

Check in Prozess wurde nicht kommuniziert. Vor Ort keine Rezeption, man wurde nicht informiert dass man alle Infos erst nach dem Online Check in erhält. Allerdings hat die Mitarbeiterin prompt telefonisch geholfen. Schlechte Hygiene. Hellhörig. Niedrige Bewertung hauptsächlich wegen Hygiene im Zimmer.

Just before goin to sleep I killed a BEDBUG on the wall, so nothing pleasant. Vibe is like in a mortuary, but peaceful if you wanna just rest and sleep. I had a few of guys working in the city and living in the Hostel in my dorms so it's not very traveler oriented I'd say. No stuff is present.

the Property was great with all the requirements met with good value

It was a really nice property but not in the location they have on Hostelworld They sent us to another Airbnb so that was kind of a surprise But it was freshly renovated and clean There is no stuff you just follow the instructions sent to you via email

Work up with bites of bed bugs or similar

I see a lot of bad reviews, but I actually liked the place. Stayed in a girls room only with 4 beds so maybe this is why the room was so clean. The room is spacious and the location of the hostel is perfect, only 2 minutes walk from station and 10 from the city centre. I see a lot of people have trouble because there is no physical reception, but if you do the online check-in as I did, there shouldn’t be any problems.

Very nice accommodation and very clean. Quite central as well. There is no reception though l, so quite tricky if you need sth.

Je n'ai pas pu aller dans l'auberge car ils ont tout simplement annulé ma réservation sans me prevenir et sans raison. Hostelworld.com indique qu'on peut payé le montant restant le jour même où on arrive sauf qu'il n'y a pas de réception l'auberge et fermé et il faut appeler un standard avec des personnes peut recommander. It was really weird that no personal was present at the place at all. I forgot to do the online checkin beforehand, so my entry to the hostel was delayed. This is unexpected when you assume this to be a regular hostel with a reception and all.

Bedbugs, in amounts that speak to the efforts of the hostel. Can't recommend, had to cut our journey short after spending just a couple of hours in the beds.
