Resting Rabbit

Super chill hostel, the dorms were clean with AC. The showers are outdoor so if you don’t like that maybe look elsewhere. The hostel dog Ophelia is super cute. Laundry can take up to 2 days as they air dry it. Also keep in mind they don’t have big lockers. In the female dorm they have a small box inside your capsule that you can lock

Atmosphere was non existent, bathroom smells in the private room as the floor is timber and just soaks up all the shower water. Hostel is in a good location though. Didn’t try the food.

Not very sociable, but good for a few nights

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Betten im Damen Schlafsaal war sauber und gemütlich. Wir konnten direkt über die Unterkunft unsere Scooters buchen und das Personal war super freundlich und herzlich. Die Toilettensituation war etwas schwierig…der Geruch war etwas beißend und auch die Sauberkeit hat zu Wünschen übrig gelassen. Die Duschen waren zwar draußen aber dafür wirklich top! Gerne wieder! :))

It was a super nice place, it was clean but the bathroooms smelled terrible the whole time I was there, like unbearably bad. Staff was really nice tho and the beds/ room itself was really clean and comfortable

good place to stay, would stay in a more central locstion next time though. place is clean, beds comfy and some space to put your stuff, no lockers though…

Good rooms although showers are cold with weak pressure. Very chill but far from everything. Staff were good but taking breaks at question able hours (12:00 till 13:00 so you cannot get any food at that time)

Not good at all, no aircon and no electricity and they wouldn’t refund or compensate. Went to rent bikes, had no petrol. Bicycle tyres were flat. And the staff couldn’t care less about us

Really lovely hostel. Not as much of a social vibe but also not far away from areas where you can go to seek that and also quite nice to be out of the centre. The rooms were spacious and renting a bike through the hostel was easy to then explore the island. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was absolutely wonderful! Bike rentals available through the hostel. Amazing location. Clean cozy capsule dorm. Simple facilities.

DO NOT stay in a private room. The bathroom is so unhygienic, I cannot emphasise enough how disgusting the smell is.There is no drainage or ventilation, just wooden planks that absorbs everything & stinks of urine/mould. We kept the door shut & used the shared instead - similar situation with no drainage but being outside the smell doesn’t suffocate you all night. The ‘AC’ is equally bad and dirty, I left this place with a sinus infection and conjunctivitis. Shame as the site has potential

Really nice clean hostel. Staff are so lovely too!. Beds are spacious and has nice place to put your bags

A fairly average hostel. Clean enough. Showers are fully outside with no roof and the water is cold. The staff are young boys who act like children, screaming and shouting or singing like they are hyper at a school disco the whole time which is quite annoying. There is a dog which urinates everywhere and jumps up which they have no control over.

I loved my stay here, it’s a bit away from the main hub so if you need to be able to ride a motorbike. It’s pretty small, but it’s quite clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I extended here because it was a nice quiet place to return to after a full day of adventure. I like the enclosed bed space, personal light, and curtain so I could unpack a bit and there’s a lockbox as well

I had a pleasant stay at Resting Rabbit in Siquijor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the place feel relaxed and comfortable. The facilities were well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged for guests.The room was comfortable and provided good value for the price per night. The location is convenient and peaceful, while still being accessible to nearby attractions and places to eat.Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and I would recommend Resting Rabbit to travelers

An sich sehr schöne Unterkunft und das Personal war wirklich sehr sehr nett. Jedoch hat es im Zimmer sehr stark nach Schimmel gerochen (dass sogar meine Kleider danach nach Schimmel gerochen haben) es war eine Kakerlaken in meinem Bett und leider war es auch überhaupt nicht darauf ausgelegt Leute kennenzulernen. Ein Pluspunkt ist, dass es wirklich sehr nah am Strand ist, aber alle anderen Bars und Restaurants sind auch nur mit dem Roller zu erreichen.

Resting Rabbit est un très bon hostel pour ceux qui cherchent un moment très calme. Le personnel est juste adorable, nous avons eu l’occasion de beaucoup discuté et si la bienveillance devait être incarnée ce serait eux ! Le restaurant a l’étage est délicieux, mais il manque peut être un peu d’espace commun aménagé ! L’hostel est un petit peu loin du reste de la ville mais en scooter tout est faisable et très facilement! Les lits et la propreté je n’ai absolument ri...

Luvvv my stay here, made friends w the workers and made the best memories. Close to town for bars and beaches, only 30 min bike from other waterfalls hikes beaches ect

Loved my stay at Resting Rabbit! The staff are super friendly, the place is clean and peaceful, and the location is perfect — just near the beach and highway. Great spot for backpackers and solo travelers. Definitely recommend! 🐰✨

Had 2 nights and really love it. Peoples who work there was so kind to me, late check-in and gave me a lift on their way. It just missed a coffee at morning but you can grab stuff just near and use boil water that is as disposition. Many thanks for your kindness
