+ The only plus point is that this is on the mall road.

- The staff wasn't kind, always rushing with the customers, especially the front desk person, The room was ok but not so clean, overall high priced.

- Water was leaking from the bathtub in one of the bathrooms. Problem in getting hot water

+ We had a single night stay and therefore the hotel is very well located . It was covenient for us to walk around mall road . There are many restaurant around which was good for us.

- The breakfast was served inordinately late at 8:30am despite initially informed at 8:00am and then the rude behaviour

- Not many varieties in breakfast and u need to order for ur food ..take too much time to deliver..the cleaning people were very lazy to clean and they seem to be disturbed were asking them to clean

- As there was no view from the window, there was another building right next to it only view you can get is from terrace.

+ Room is ok to use as temporary night stay but doesn’t give comfort for day. Location is prime gives access to heart of the town.
