Have been coming since 2024, never disappoints. The vibe is immaculate, and the staffs knows how to make this place a home away from home. Location is golden with how accessible it is to other places with walking distances, especially public transportations. Hostels are also clean and comfortable to stay in

You get what you pay for… Clearly a closer vibe to a Squat than a "Sleepover". The building is looking decrepit. No hot water. Only 3 showers/WC for the whole hostel. There is no real social vibe, they'll tell you to go in their other hostel if you want social. The guy managing the place is nice, but the other staff aren't too helpful: when I asked for recommendations they just pulled up their phone and made a search on Google Maps… Thanks but I can do that too. The dormitory is never cleane...

Very chill and welcoming people, good quality regarding the price.

The staff were very friendly; they agreed to let me change rooms. The room was very basic. Towels were provided free of charge. It's not far from Chinatown.

I loved the place! Great atmosphere, and having a kitchen is always a plus. It's fantastic for socializing, and the location is also very good, close to Chinatown.

Unfortunately this place was awful, I live in asia I’m not fussy but I left about 15 mins, it was dirty even after the westerner changed the beds sheets they were still dirty (I have photos) it was expensive considering it was just a prison room, it had an awful smell, if you leave a review you get money off so dont trust the reviews, in a poor location as well, they don’t give money back so be careful, would give 0 if I could

Step Inn Hostel is a fantastic option for backpackers located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. it has both private rooms and dorms and is located near everything. chinatown is less than a 10 minute walk away and there are cheap and amazing food options everywhere. there is also a full kitchen and fridge to use and an amazing balcony where everyone hangs out. If your headed to Kuala Lumpur definitely check it out.

definitely recommend this place, I stayed a in a dorm and had a really good experience. thank you!! hostel is in a good location for very good price. staff were helpful and friendly. the dorm was clean and there's access to a kitchen. nice chill place, I'll come back for sure if I'm in KL again

Amazing location, really close to Petaling street! Staff is very friendly and helpful, Diana was a gem! Was kinda quiet when I was there but a great price and clean and if you want more of a buzz they have a sister hostel just down the road where you get a free welcome drink☺️
