The hostel is fine but we had s lot of problems with our room like the beds was taken when we arrive and we couldn’t turn of the light the first two nights but the rooms were fine

Good Hostel, a bit outside the city. There is a Lidl and Rossmann around the corner

unfortunately i had a really unpleasant experience because first i recieved a bed which was occupied by someone else. i checked in at 13.00 when i got the room and they changed the room at about 20.00. i had to move my stuff and all again to another room. the staff seemed so done. and i was for just 2 days so 1 day was just spent on this little act. usually i have super nice experience with a&o not this time. just sad and disappointed ngl

Muy bonito el hostal, enorme, gente de todas las edades, sin embargo seria muy comodo si las camas o literas contaran con cortinas o algo de privacidad para asi no molestar a las compañeras de cuarto

The room + bathroom was extremely dirty. Beds were still made when we arrived. I mentioned 3 times that multiple charges in the room did not work and they did nothing about it. One of the washing machines broke what caused the floor of the laundry room to be completely covered in water and this was once again not fixed after reporting it to the reception multiple times. The location was great the city centre was easy accessible with public transport a couple minutes away from the property

It takes really long time with the elevator in the peak hour, otherwise perfect

Messed up our check in. Had me pay for the wrong room. He then was to refund me and said it would be instant. Still have not received the refund. Another traveller checked in at the same time and walked into an occupied room when they paid for a private. Pillows are crap. Duvet had stains.

Upon arrival, the room was in a completely unacceptable condition. It was dirty, disorganized, and visibly damaged, as if renovation work had been left unfinished. One of the bunk beds was broken, and the overall environment was far below any reasonable standard for accommodation.We immediately rais

В цілому дуже гарний отель , ціна дуже приємна, мені сподобались м'які матраци . Із мінусів, не можна оплатити безготівковим платежем, мила не було (але на рецепції поміняли без проблем) , не хватає крючка, або полиці в душі, шампунь прийшлось ставити на підлогу.

Bueno en términos calidad-precio, pero es muy sucio, pedí limpieza a la habitación y no le hicieron nada, ni siquiera sacar la basura. La cocina es un fiasco, y siempre hay mucho ruido y gente porque el lugar es enorme, es un lugar que recomiendo para salir todo el día, pero no es el más agradable para estar. El check in es un dolor de cabeza y el personal no parece saber mucho de lo que sucede, cuando tuve dudas no sabían qué hacer.

cama fazia barulho toda vez que eu me mexia e não consegui dormir direito. hostel muito longe do centro e o entorno dele é muito escuro

Cuisine inutilisable à cause de la saleté. La propreté est un véritable problème dans cet établissement : - les couloirs sont salles - le ménage dans les chambres n'est pas fait (malgré les nombreuses demandes). - lorsque le ménage est fait il est très sommaire (pas de nettoyage des sols etc...) L'organisation est aussi douteuse.

Value for money

A bit less clean. Otherwise, great staff and facilities.

Really great place. Super easy to get into the centre via tram and has everything you’d need.

A 4 chair guest kitchen in a 20 storey building is something extraordinary.

On hostelworld, the check out time is listed until midnight end of the day. When I arrived to A&O prague they stated I have to check out by 10am even though my train leaves at almost 2pm, now leaving me to wander around the city aimlessly. If I had known checkout was this early I would have left the night before and saved so much money on accommodation and train!! Due to the major money and time waisted, I will never book anything from hostelworld and I'd advise anyone else to do the same.
