Miss Sophie's Downtown

Everything was great.

I stayed at this hotel and arrived at 5:00 a.m. The checkout time was 11:00 a.m., but the receptionist told me I could have a late checkout until 2:00 p.m. at no extra cost so I could get more sleep. However, when the next shift started, the new staff knocked on my door multiple times starting at 11:00 a.m. I couldn’t sleep anymore and was eventually charged a late checkout fee. I feel like I was trapped by misinformation. Be careful if you stay at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel right next to the central train station. Not much of a social vibe, it was more upscale than I expected when I booked it. All the staff was lovely and helpful. My room was very quiet and very clean, exactly what I was looking for to take a break from more social hostels.

never seen an accomodation this safe. In order to enter the elevator you have to use the guest card, which was insane. Super nice staff and clean. Thank you!

For what I paid, specially for a last minute booking, the value and quality of the hotel was great! Awesome location too

Miss Sophie's is a breath of fresh air in a busy city. WARNING: IT DOES NOT HAVE AC IN EVERY ROOM. Contact them directly to ensure your room has AC as we had a nasty surprise upon check-in (but they were able to upgrade for the second half of our stay). Great value breakfast--best deal in town. More of a hotel than a hostel but excellent service, location and amenities. The rooms are big and include mini-fridges. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great location. Very friendly staff. Efficient, helpful. Comfortable and spacious rooms. I will be back.
