Hotel La Terraza

+ Excellent location, right on the Camino. Room size adequate.

- The host was a bit rude with my wife, my spouse was happy to have arrived after walking 24 km. and the host response was " no esté acelerada"; That's definitely no way to treat a guest.

- There was a smell from the drains in the bathroom & smoke in the landing area.

+ Un hotel bello, situato sul cammino inglese nella cittadina di Mino che merita una sosta. Ampio bagno e camera comoda, mi è piaciuto.

+ El trato recibido, amabilidad, profesionalidad, todo súper limpio, buena ubicación,

- Tivemos que chegar bem próximo do horário limite do checkin e houve uma certa pressão por isso. Além do mais também houve um downgrade no tamanho da nossa cama, paguei por um quarto com cama grande e recebemos um com cama de casal normal, não reclamei na hora pois já era razoavelmente tarde e queríamos descansar, mas senti que pode ter sido uma certa “retaliação” devido ao fato de termos chegado próximo do horário limite de checkin (chegamos às 22:10 e o limite era 22:30).

- Minimum choice for breakfast foods.

+ Great location - near a few cafes where we grabbed breakfast. The room was spacious, especially for Europe! The bathroom was clean and modern. Would stay here again.

- It was hard to check in because there were no staff there. I had to knock on the door a few times and finally someone came out of the back to let me in and do the check in. This was the only time I saw any staff members at the hotel. To check out, I just left my keys on the desk because there wasn't anyone there.
