molto molto bello, location centrale e perfetta :)

Para llegar tenés que subir 4 pisos por escaleras. Había pedido una habitación con 3 camas individuales, pero a llegar me dieron una habitación de 1 matrimonial y otra individual. Al mostrar la reserva que había hecho se puso a discutirme que a el le figuraba otra información, después de algunos idas y vueltas me dieron otra habitación tal y como había reservado, pero generaron un momento incómodo sin necesidad ya que encima tenían varias habitaciones libres.

Probably the least impressive entrance to a hostel I've ever seen! Got there late at night and walked around what looked like derelict graffiti-coated blocks, rubbish everywhere. Eventually I found the sign and a couple of other people who assured me that once inside it was fine, and it was. There's a gate inside a courtyard and the other side of that is much better. Inside it's on the fourth floor, the lift wasn't work so up the stairs with baggage, and there are other hostels in the same build...

This is a good place to stay for a short period of time/while on a budget in Naples. Staff were helpful and available, and I had what I needed in my private room and bathroom (room had heating/AC). However, the room was quite small (only enough space for bed and a table) and the bathroom felt a bit dirty and cramped. It was difficult to find the place at first, as it is tucked away in a building away from the street, and I could hear people on the street from my room during the weekend.

All the receptionists were so hospitable and cooperative. The place is in the city center area. I recommend

I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Europa! Amazing experience…amazing price. The Hotel even did my laundry during a time of need. Completely coming back when exploring Napoli.
