Private room was a bit lackluster but place was really nice!
4 bed dorm room was tiny and didn’t really have space for people’s luggage. The beds are hard but that’s expected in Thailand. You aren’t provided with a towel which I didn’t realise beforehand but I guess for £5 a night you can’t really complain. The women’s bathroom was downstairs from our dorm room which was slightly annoying given the men’s bathroom was on our floor. The door lock makes very loud musical sounds when opened/closed. My friend had her headphones taken so it did...
This was well located for during the lantern festival. The staff were great. However, the 4 bed dorm was tiny with barely enough space for bags. The beds were rock hard, and on my first night I had to request to move beds as there were ants crawling across my wall. My headphones disappeared from my room and whilst staff went above and beyond to help, they were not found and I had to leave accepting they had been taken from my room. staff as helpful as they could be but it was very upsetting.
great place to rest and work.
Got bitten by spiders and ants, another girl was having every single possible meal in the room, sometimes at 11PM, on checkout I mentioned the issue and the staff tried to give me a band aid to solve the problem. For sure they need to improve cleanliness and if possible ask people to use the KITCHEN to eat, instead of eating on the bed.
right next to old town. the bed was a bit hard but still comfy. bathrooms were really clean and staff really friendly. really chilled layed back place
great hostel, rooms are a bit cramped and could do with a mosquito blue light in them but other than that was great thanks :)
Chouette hostel, propre.
Clean, good bathrooms, great location, quiet vibe. No activities or anything but that’s okay. Mattresses are hard as rocks.
Clean, tidy and good location. Kitchen has a fridge and utensils. Room is very tiny and not enough space for bags. Staff are uninterested and hostel is not social at all. It was fine to stay one night but if you’re a solo traveller looking to stay in Chiang Mai for a few days and make friends, I wouldn’t stay here.
I got a single room and was pleased with the cleanliness and security. I checked in late but luckily there was a staff member leaving who helped me get into the building/my room. I was sent an email explaining how to do it, but it was much easier with someone there showing me the way. The rooms are on the top floors of a café. The women's bathroom was clean with stalls. There is a shared lounge w/ fridge and appliances too. The staff all spoke good Eng., but gave off uninterested barista vibes.
Lovely hostel, tidy rooms and bathrooms
Only stayed for a night but was a tidy hostel. Got there after check in so they emailed me the details to get into the property and rooms which was really easy
The best thing was probably the bathrooms, super clean, light and spacious. Good location to get around both the old and new city. However the 4-bunk rooms were TINY, with not enough space for all 4 of us to keep our bags in. Being above a cafe was a bit strange, as there was no atmosphere what so ever, which made it hard to know what to get up to around the city.
The hostel was very clean. Also very close to many things in town. The cafe downstairs was convenient to get a quick snack and coffee in the morning. It was pretty quiet but that might be because people were out most of the time. The living space above the cafe was small but a good place to chill.
Lovely place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere quiet! I stayed here for 5 nights whilst I explored Chang Mai, and I really liked it here - very central, friendly staff, air conditioned rooms, and great coffee downstairs! This is not a social/party hostel, so not the best place if you’re looking to meet people & hang out in the hostel. If you are looking for a chill place to rest, then this is perfect ✨
