Water Well Guesthouse

Good last minute place to lay your head but definitely a bit dirty. There were multiple places in the room where I saw rat droppings (one of those places being right above the bathroom sink.

Überall Ameisen auch im Bett. Mitarbeiter haben wir kaum gesehen

400 baht a night depends on the season Mine stay was a bit annoying because I'm there just for a night had to carry my bags up to 4th floor Maybe suits long termers. The good part is the room is really western than most place The reception needs a clean

We got there around 11am and just wanted to drop our luggage before heading to the city. Unfortunately there was no one at reception. When we called the number from the guesthouse a guy picked up, said he would be there at 1pm but 1pm came and went and still nobody. So I called again at 2pm, official check in time and still no one there. Finally an older lady let us in the room because reception was still not open. The bed sheets had stains and we didn't even get toilet paper.

Property was clean enough, good value for money; not very social so wouldn’t rec to solo travellers, however nice stay and great location!

Wasn’t any toilet paper or shower gels/shampoo , bedding had small rips and bedroom furniture was extremely old, had to pay top line even though website already took a deposit but I wasn’t going to argue over matter as they didn’t speak English ,and shower was really bad pressure and ceiling paint was peeling
