Would definitely not recommend this place. There was no hot water for the showers. The staff were really rude and unapproachable, arrogant. I asked a simple question because the power sockets wouldn’t work to charge my phone and he the staff member was so rude towards me. He basically accused. It was my fault when it wasn’t. the dorm room was a good size. however the staff were really unhelpful and unfriendly. the hostel generally had a very weird vibe.

Hostel beds had huge bed bugs, staff refused to give me a refund after I was absolutely eaten by them, the only solution to the problem was I either go up a bunk or move to another room. Said room was not air conn and had stained sheets It’s an okay location but staff are very unprofessional and hygiene is quite low in general, couldn’t not recommend this place enough

Nice hostel but didn't feel very social.

the hostel was really well set up, nice beds, clean, personal fans, pool table in the common area. the location was handy and close to everything! however we did have an issue with another guest in our room, intimidating us and the staff were unhelpful and quite dismissive so we left feeling unsafe. if we didn’t have this issue, it would’ve been a great stay (wifi is quite hit or miss though!)

It was a good and affordable stay. The location is the main advantage of this property. But I was given room in the 4 floor and there was no lift in the property so we have to carry the luggages all the way up. The staff are also very friendly

Si llegas en ferry podes ir al hostel caminando sin problemas unos 15 minutos. De la zona turística está caminando a unos pocos minutos quizás 10 o menos… no hay vibra de hostel donde todos interactúan, es como que cada uno está en la suya. Incluso el personal no fue tan cálido. No se si es cultural o es porque no nos entendíamos hablando inglés pero no fueron de mucha ayuda en general. Die Atmosphäre im Hostel war nicht sehr einladend, wodurch man sich etwas unsicher gefühlt hat. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war wenig hilfsbereit und nicht zuvorkommend.

Nice place, good location. I was in the mixed dorm. Felt private and the aircon was great. Since it's a new place the front desk and communication is a bit average but the hostel is good. I would stay again. Thks

The property has a lot of potential to be a great hostel, but it’s still quite new. Lovely rooftop views and nice common area. Great spacious and clean rooms (only qualm is the lack of large lockers for big backpacks, but there are small ones for valuables).

Was very social while i stayed, bonus for having a pool table. The beds comfortable and it is in a good location next to the food court for some cheap local foods.

This is one of the worst hostels I've visited during six months of travelling. First I got a wrong room (can happen..) but it was very difficult to talk about this and the reception was not friendly at all. In my second room my fan was broken and the electric cables next to the bed were broken too. Dangerous! I told them but no solution came. The sink was yellowish stained in the bathroom.. very dirty. The boss or whatever was reachable by whatsapp but didn't respond after I wanted to cancel.

War ein sehr entspanntes Hostel. Ich glaube es hat erst vor kurzem geöffnet, da alles noch ein bisschen ungeplant rüberkam(wie zum Beispiel der Check in) aber die Räume waren groß und mit viel stauraum für deine Sachen. Wenn man möchte, könnte man hier wahrscheinlich auch viele Leute kennenlernen, alle sagen sehr freundlich aus :) Es gibt auch eine Dach- Terrasse, die aber glaub ich auch noch nicht ganz fertig war. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hostel.

Awesome new hostel. Location is right on the jettys, you can see the ocean from my dorm. Super clean, plenty of toilets and hot showers. There are lockers to lock your stuff. They even gave use free towels and mini toothbrushes and toothpastes. Good AC plus fans for each bed and outlets/lamps for each bed. Comfy mattresses. Best hostel I stayed in in Penang, great value for the price. Friendly staff as well. Definitely stay here!
