Anh Huong Tam Coc Homestay

Amazing hostel. AirCon worked great, breakfast was good, the staff and family was so nice. Would stay here again if I am ever back in Ninh Binh

Not great, lots of mold in the room, the curtain have to be changed, the room door didn't have any lock, very basic in general

I cannot recommend Anh Huong Tam Coc Homestay in Ninh Binh highly enough. The owners truly care about their guests. After I injured my foot, their daughter Hin took me to the hospital, stayed while I got stitches, and helped me get medication. Their kindness and care went far beyond expectations. Such a lovely family and a place where you feel genuinely looked after.

Such an amazing stay! The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. The room was also really quiet even though it is just a few minutes walk away from the Main Street. They also have a super cute dog that is really calm and friendly and impossible not to love! Overall such a great experience and lovely, homely vibe. Would always recommend to anyone!

We loved staying at Anh Huong Tam Coc Homestay! The Family was lovely and they put so much effort in everything we asked for. The homestay is perfectly located for all the activities in Ninh Binh. You can also Book all Trips (Bus, bicycle, Motor bike etc.) for good prices as well. We would definitly come back and recommend :)

Ottima posizione e siamo state accolte benissimo, il personale é veramente gentile e cerca sempre di aiutare in ogni modo. Le camere sono molto belle e silenziose, il bagno molto spazioso.

I felt very comfortable here. The homestay is very good located. the staff helping with bookings and trips. I really enjoyed to go by bike to explore the nature.

amazing homestay, the whole family runs the place and you feel at home with them, they are all so kind and smiling its just lovely to be here, u feel at ur place amongst them,they help u for every request u have. bless them and If we ever come back here, we'll definetly come back there again.

I loved this place, the family is very kind and sweet. The breakfast and the food in general was amazing (I’m vegan). The beds are comfy, the showers are very good. It’s not very social and there’s no free drinking water. And the bicycles are not free as described in Hostelworld.

We paid a good price for a private room with an en-suite and balcony. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom a decent size. Breakfast was included and made to order. It’s a 2-minute walk to bars and restaurants. The main issue was the pool—it was green and unusable our entire stay, which was very disappointing. Overall, a nice family-run homestay. We were served by a teenage boy, but he was professional and had good English.

The homestay is beautiful with a pool and a large common area. The family is super friendly and helps with bookings, busses and tours. They even offered to take us to the bus station by motorbike. Also, the homestead offers a wide menu for lunch and dinner at good prices. Breakfast is included in the price. We had a great time and thank you to the family!

The family who run it are so lovely and incredibly helpful. Our bus was cancelled due to lunar new year and they helped arrange a new bus for us and moved around their schedule to accommodate us for the extra days. Location was close to the town centre without being too noisy. The dorms could do with a bit of a refresh, but the private rooms were very lovely and modern. You can hire bikes for a very reasonable price, which was great. Would definitely stay again.

Place was lovely to stay at! The property is run by a very nice family who were so welcoming, and super helpful when we were booking our onward travel. Definitely recommend staying here!

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful stay here. A very cute family run homestay. Everyone was very friendly. They helped us book our onwards travel, offered us tea and homemade sweets and helped us with hiring a moped.

We felt completely at home and were very well taken care of. The family was incredibly kind and helped us with everything — from tips on what to do in Ninh Binh, renting a scooter, booking tickets, to even driving us to the bus. The bed was cozy, and the location was great: central but still quiet, not directly on the main road. Highly recommended!

It’s a family run hostel and me and my friends saw the effort of everybody, but there’s many things that can be improved: -no personal light in the bed - the dorm and the bathroom were not always clean -sometimes all the toilets without toilet paper -the family dinner was pricey (130k/person while in ALL the other Homestays in Vietnam was 70/90k) but also nobody interacted with us, except for the receptionist. We did it to have a cultural exchange and basically had a silent dinner :(

Great home stay with wonderful staff and all the facilities you could need. I booked my transport to the next city and was driven directly to the bus station. Everything you could ask for from a home stay, highly recommend!
