DO NOT STAY HERE! HOSTEL is directly under a very noisy bar. Runs till 3am Friday and Saturday. Bar patrons walk noisily through the hostel to get to the bar (metal stairs in high heels). To enter they press LOUD bell. Some patrons use shared hostel toilets. Making it unsafe to go to in the night. Especially if you are female or children. We stayed in the 'family room', below the bar. Kids didn't sleep till 12.30, adults till 2.30/3. Ruined next day in KL, everyone exhausted for overnight flight
Hostel is ok, no sociable atmosphere so if you want to talk with people this is not the place. you can hear the bell every time and people walking on the hallway that makes things a little bit annoying if you want to rest.
One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The family who own the hostel were so helpful and friendly. The best part is the view from the room, it is incredible. Although the hostel is a bit far out they arranged for transport into Ella for us for free during the day. The decoration and vibe were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Rooms were so pretty and clean. Overall had the best stay!!!
Not the cleanest or most sociable hostel. The bathrooms aren’t very nice either. However it was pretty cheap so you get what you pay for
This hostel is in a really good location for seeing KL. However it was dirty and our bedsheets were covered in big brown stains, with rat droppings in the room. The room smelt really bad the whole time we were there. The hostel lets anyone all night due to there being a bar on the top floor, and therefore the bathrooms are not safe as anyone can walk in. The bathrooms are also unisex which felt unsafe as a female traveller. I would recommend only if you need a cheap bed in a good location in KL
highly recommend! we had a great stay, came back again at the end of our trip. staff were great, and so affordable for private rooms. the wifi can be a bit hit or miss if you’re on the top floor though!
In den Badezimmern wurde geraucht, es lagen Zigarettenstummel auf den Fliesen. Außerdem muffige Zimmer ohne Fenster und dazu fremdes Haar und Blutflecken im 'frisch' bezogenen Bett. Die Lage ist aber top
We stayed for six nights. The location was great to discover KL, with short ways to the MRT and bus stops. The AC worked well and the room was comfy. Unfortunately there is a attic bar open for public which was quite noisy since everybody walk past our room. The bathrooms were shared and on our floor only one of two showers worked. The „kitchen“ only consisted of a microwave and a hot water tap.

Lage ist perfekt, Zimmer und Dusche konnten ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit vertragen! Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit einem Schacht wo man die ganze Nacht sie Ratten laufen hören hatte. Aber wir würden wieder kommen!
When we checked in, staff was really rude and didn't tell any info at all. Later we tried to ask some info and help with the room, and he didn't want to help, instead he treated us like we're stupid. The room (private) was smelling really bad, felt like there is some mold problem. Also all the places were very dirty. The reservation page saies breakfast is included, but when we asked about it, staff just laughed and saied, that it hasn't been served since covid started. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
