What made our stay amazing at the hostel was the staff. They were so welcoming and gave such great advice. Also knowing that in the morning, there was coffee or tea and a really clean kitchen to prepare for our day meant the world to us. We would strongly recommend this hostel experience.

After roadtrippin, perfect place for some comfort!

an sich eine schöne Unterkunft allerdings wurde ich ein Tag vor unserer Abreise ziemlich krank mit Magendarmvirus. Daher habe ich gefragt ob wir nach unserer Checkoutzeit (welche um 11 war) noch dort in dem aufenthaltsraum/ Küche bleiben können weil unser Flug erst um 16 uhr ging. Keine Chance. Die wollten uns direkt raus haben und es war egal dass es mir schlecht ging. das war echt das aller letzte.

Olhao hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Pension hat eine gut eingerichtete Gemeinschaftsküche und eine tolle Dachterrasse. Die Zimmer sind individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage in Nähe Hafen ist top. Das Personal war freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Bascially a very good Hostel, with clean affordable rooms and very nice people. However, the atmosphere and the staff is a little bit strained for some reason.

I can't fault this hostel at all. I added an extra night to my booking and they were so accommodating. I had to move rooms after the 1st night due to that being the extra night. I packed everything up and they moved it all for me. you are able to drop your bags off early and again my bag was when waiting in my room when I was able to check in. Staff were friendly and great.

L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre de la vieille ville et à 2 min a pied du bord de mer. Très propre et la terrasse est superbe pour déjeuner ou pour diner, il y a une petite cuisine !

Amazing!!! One of the most picturesque and comfortable stays we’ve had so far. Definitely will be recommending this to everyone going to Portugal. So much to do in the town and great food around. Rachel was amazing checking us in as well. And the rooftop was phenomenal!!! Must go

Upon arrival there was no one to greet us. When we entered and met the Manger’ she was very aggressive and demanded we pay an extra €12.00 each. I found her to be intimidating and loud. The Hostel was perfect for what we needed but the entrance stairs were steep and hard to navigate for my elder companion. Good place to stay if you are able to walk up stairs as there were 3 flights of stairs. And, don’t forget to bring your extra €12.00 pp

My partner and I loved staying at Pension Bicuar. Great location, beautiful rooms and the staff were lovely. Would stay again!

Great great place, I will certainly be back with my family. The rooms are clean and beautiful, the kitchen is well equipped but I guess the roof top is what everyone’s looking for and it’s worth the trip itself. Olhâ is also a wonderful little town and the low prices in restaurants really surprised me. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Patricia was so so helpful with our short trip here, she patiently gave us recs on where to eat and what to do when we checked in! The place also so nicely lent us travel adapters cause we forgot ours, free of charge!! Everything was super clean, nicely decorated, we were very impressed by the place! We got hit by the storm during the time we were there but the rooms provided a telly, and there were board games available for us within the hostel!

Hotel très agréable tout est bien pensé et bien soigné. Belle décoration intérieure, personnel agréable et toujours disponible pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Manager sympathique. J'ai aimé ce lieu. Nicola

Great place but not for summer! There is no air conditioning, rooms are small- therefore you can’t breath in the room. Also it’s very loud on the street and the isolation is so bad that you can hear everything as if it’s in the room. Stuff was very nice, rooms are very very clean.

Superbe établissement. Très propre et tranquille. Situé à distance de marche pour explorer la ville. Terasse sur le toit accessible en tout temps avec vue sur le village et le bord de l'eau. Les employées offrent d'excellent conseil pour bien profiter de nos vacances.

I really loved the place! The rooftop is beautiful, my room was very clean and cozy. There's a kitchen with everything you need and the staff was also very friendly. I only stayed for one night but I'd love to come back!
