Best stay!

Great, pristine clean and quiet hostel in a very hip area. Tons to do and check out on the road it's at and reasonably convenient to get around. Suited more for a slower, peaceful vibe than a party vibe. The guys at the reception, esp. Josh, are very helpful.

Room smelt of old people, brings in an older crowd for sure. Bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned. Staff is nice. Toilets have shower in them which is normally okay but it’s so small that I would be using the bathroom and accidentally turn on the shower and get all wet:(

Good value for Singapore

Decent place to stay in a great location and for Singapore it’s a good price. The rooms don’t have chargers by the beds or curtains but the staff were really lovely and I got lucky with the social aspect.

The staff were very welcoming and sweet, not the most social atmosphere but I did manage to make some friends. Clean, everything worked, the toilet+ shower combo is not the best but at least the bathrooms are new and modern. You have free toast with jam, coffee, tea and ice cubes which was great! And the location is very nice! The area is cute and it's nice to see sth else than the busy streets of the centre. Great bus connections, the train/metro is 15-20 min walk away. Would def. stay again!

Really nice homey atmosphere, friendly staff in a calm but lively neighbourhood that is very closely tied to Singapore's origins. Also close to the beach and some affordable food places. What really stood out to me is the dedication of the staff to inform you about Singapore and what there is to do, etc. They even have some hand made digital brochures to point you in the right direction. Shower is the best I've had in Asia. Only needs curtains for the beds and a charging outlet

extremely complicated to connect to their WiFi. Worst experience ever regarding internet access. Felt like 1990 😅

Awesome hostel for the price. The self-guided walking tours and tourist information they initially provided was really helpful for a solo traveller. Despite being further out of the CBD/Chinatown area, the hostels location was still very nice to explore

Stayed in 6 bed aircon dorm which has singles and a toilet in hall. You go to a different floor and into a shared dorm room for the shower. Having tea/coffee 24/7 good along with toast in morning. You receive lots of tourist info to your WhatsApp during checkin and find useful info on transport and activities. Location good for being away from central area but will add at least a half hour to visit most places. Ideally you could stay in this neighborhood some nights and a more central place.

Great value for money and a friendly staff with loads of ideas on what to do in Singapore.

Helpful staff, however the hostel itself isn’t good. The room I was in was way too hot. Guests are expected to make up their own beds. Plus the vibe in the hostel is a bit off

Terrible atmosphere, mostly people living in the hostel. Takes 20 mins to walk to the metro. Hygiene was not a priority. The shower/toilet hybrid was gross. I can't recommend

The price is good for what you get. Cheaper than staying in the city center, but easy to reach by metro or bus. It's clean, the staff is friendly. Only thing is the ambiance, there is many digital nomads so the vibe wasn't the best for me to meet backpackers

Nice quirky place. Located in a rather unique part of town. Convenient to get in and out of the place.

Für Singapur das beste Hostel. Die 8ter Zimmer sind zumindest sauber und riechen normal - aus den größeren Dorms habe ich anderes gehört. Frühstück ist jetzt nicht herausragend, tut aber seinen Zweck. Am besten fand ich aber die Lage des Hostels - wenig touristisch, abends ruhiger als z.B. Chinatown. Definitiv günstigeres Essen als an anderen Orten, gute Hawker um die Ecke. 3 Metrolinien in 10min Fußweg und schnelle Busse zum Flughafen, wenn man morgens fliegt.

I totally recommend this hostel without any doubt...AWSOME place to stay..
