Amazing! Probably the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Such a good rate for a private room with private bath. Best smoothies made by Max. Can’t beat the location and watching the sunrise over the ocean from the open air kitchen.

La Ventana Hostel is the best! Great layout, clean rooms, convenient location. It attracts diverse visitors, mostly serious about kiting or winging, but some just traveling, on motorcycle or in cyber truck, working very remotely in the open kitchen, where eggs, tortillas and tequila are readily shared. Max is a great host, providing smoothies and cappuccinos and replacing bread if the dogs walk off with it. Penelope the beautiful cat may crawl into your bed, for the soundest sleep ever!

Beautiful spot, comfortable, clean lodging. Staff was amazing- favorite part actually- very present and helpful. Smoothie and coffee bar are an added bonus. Other guests were pleasant. Really happy with my stay at La Ventana Hostel and would full recommend to others

Amazing hostel, staff and guests. Everyone was so friendly and the vibe was fantastic. Expect most guests to be there for wind sports. View is awesome, shared kitchen/common area also fantastic. Bathroom facilities in dorms could be improved. Locks in showers don’t work/rusted. Taps are really strange and should be replaced with something easier to use. Including lockers to secure belongings would be great addition.

Max was a great host and always available for whatever. Great group of guests and the hostel fostered an inclusive atmosphere making its eclectic group of guests feel welcome and kindred.

What an amazing hostel! Salim has built such a beautiful place! And Max does the best job running everything! The hostel is super clean, has a great view of the ocean, and has coffee and smoothies in the mornings!

One of the best hostel I visited in Mexico! First, La ventana is a very special place, and the hostel is good in all manners! WiFi, clean, stuff, location, the people who arrive there is the best quality! It’s like a big family. Thanks you for an awesome week (:

I had a very good trip. The staff was amazing. Always something to do. Very good situation for snorkeling, trekking and going out. The organise party and dinner. I was alone and I didn't feel lonely at all. Thank you for everything.

Loved every moment in this hostel! Carlo and madeillin were just the best hosts ever! Would def come back! Super clean and nice! The view is just insane!

The people were all open hearted and very nice. The hostel was close to the beach and the atmosphere was very relaxed and chill. I enjoyed the stay very much.

The hostel had a great location near to central beach which gave us great opportunities to do different boat tours during the day. The bed was very big and comfortable, which included clean towels. The breakfast was non existent. Just some bread and a sugary cereal so we went to a near by place for eggs, fruit, pancakes and freshly made coffee. My friend and I took the private rooms for $80 per night which we assumed would have fresh water but it was salt water so that was unexpected.

Perfect place to stay. Lovely laid back vibe, great kitchen, perfect location, amazing staff. Will definitely come back.

What a jem of a hostel! I loved it! The upstairs balcony is as nice as it looks in the pictures and it’s such an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen is a super inviting space to cook and hang out. I am a wee bit particular about storage space, so I was especially enamored with the bunk-side shelves and the three (3!) refrigerators.

I had a wonderful stay and I was completely happy with all the services provided at the La Ventana Hostel! Everything fulfilled or even exceeded my expectations! Cool Hostel for cool people!
