It was the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. I hated going to the bathroom. I'd take a 30-second shower to get out of there as quickly as possible, and I'd go to the restrooms at the mall or the subway, which were spotless. There were smells everywhere. Sleeping on the beach is cleaner and safer.

THE PLACE STUNK.... MINI COCKROACHES IN THE ROOM AND THRU OUT BATHROOM WERE NOT FIT FOR A DOG ROOM DOORS DID NOT LOCK LIGHTS DIDNT WORK. BAGS STORED EVERYWHERE IT WAS A DISGRACE AND WORTH ABOUT $5 A DAY .I WOULD NEVER STAY IN THAT DUMP AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY

Worst place I have ever stayed. The hygiene standards were non existent. Was ridden with bed bugs, damp and mould, dark short hairs on bed, white tissue left on bed with fluids on, foul smell- older men clearly living there for months- made very inappropriate comments to us (two 21 year old girls travelling)… this hostel was unsafe to stay in for young girls, and was also a health hazard… when we bought this to staff attention, they refused refund and ignored us- very rude and hushed us out.

Extreem slecht, vieze mensen. Bedden niet schoon en vol vlekken, te weinig ig sanitaire en wat er is is extreem vies. Hoort de muizen aan het bed knagen en de kakkerlakken lopen iverel. Muizen keutels in mijn bed gevonden. En de sfeer is extreem grimmig

So dirty! Someone had layed in our bed before us so the sheats were dirty. The toilet and shower were also dirty. You could not lock the showers. Nonchalant staff. We felt unsafe and checked out after 30 minutes and still had to pay full price.

I honestly think putting this property on hostel world only give negative effect on trustworthiness of the website. It was absolutely filthy and disgusting and all the 4,5 stars review on Google is seriously a fake. Please don't recommend this place to ANYONE!

Dirty, smelly and full of roaches. The price was incredibly high for F1 weekend so nothing else was available. Roaches in the kitchen and a horrible smell in the room.

It was horrible. That place is not for tourists anymore. Please don't go there especially if you're a girl. I booked for 2 night, we are three girls and it was awful. I canceled right away when we arrived because we have to mix with guys in the room and I have to separate with my friends and the room was very awful messy and dirty. I don't care about loosing money but this place shouldn't be on app anymore. And the thing is when you canceled you can't refund.

Avoid this place unless you have no other option . Smelly , dirty , possibly bed bugs . Slept no more than 4 hours I found my bed occupied by another guest at 9am even before I could check out at 11. Keep in mind the area is called little India . .

The room was extremely cold, and I was only given a thin blanket. I also saw roaches crawling around. It looked like some people were living there long-term-they had turned their beds into makeshift bedrooms.

Das Hostelworld dieses Hostel überhaupt anbietet ist ein Verbrechen gegen die Menschheit. Wer aber kein Problem mit Kakerlaken, Bettwanzen, Ratten, Kacke und Urin, kein Toilettenpapier hat und auch ohne Decke schlafen will, der wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Man sollte nur keinen Geruchssinn besitzen und am Besten auch kein Gehör. Wir haben schon viel erlebt aber hier war wohl die Grenze.

FEMALE TRAVELS DO NOT STAY HERE. Me and my friend stayed, it was traumatizing. we picked a mix room which seemed to have way more people than it should have in there. We quickly realized it's was only older men in this room. There were multiple times we did not feel comfortable. our beds were infested with roaches and at on point there was a mouse in my bed. The bathrooms we're disgusting.myfriendooenedthefridgeandbugsranout. The cleanliness was appalling. We left early. Worse place we've stayed

Stayed here for 2 nights and there’s no vibe at all, it’s mostly people stay there is the worker. Beds it’s fine but the room is bit smeely as there’s no window at all and no safety locker (all locker is used), the location is good tho

We would like to make a complaint about our booked hostel called Campbell Inn in Singapore. The hostel was not looking anything like the photos posted on hostelworld. There were beds on the floor, the bedsheets were questionable and the airconditioning was not working. Besides the room not being what was promised, the bathroom was so gross we were afraid to even use the toilets. We just couldn’t stay here and immediately decided to book a new hostel via hostelworld. We were wandering if we can...

maintain the cleanliness of the area, do some pest control, mouse qnd cockroaches are visible in kitchen and even room bef locker (cockroaches), proper hair dryer machine not just hot adjustable pipe for hair dryer.
