The house rules claim free breakfast is included but this is no longer the case. Quite disappointing as this was the reason I chose this hostel over another one.
I adore this hostel. It was my second time in Singapore and my second time at this Cube hostel and I love it. It’s simply perfect with a great location, great beds and great facilities. The staff are amazing and yes it’s just great.
Very nice location, with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. The room itself isn't bad and the bed is comfortable. But the toilets definitely need to be cleaned more than twice a day.
It was good. Soft and clean beds. However the showers and toilets were shared with both genders and they were not clean .
Great except my cube had noooo air in it. It felt like a coffin. It was so stuffy and warm. :(
Location is ideal right off Arab St and in front of the Sultan Mosque. Short walk to buses and MRT stations, lots of nice food and drink options around (but prices seem catered for tourists). The facility itself is a bit dated compared to the pictures. Bathrooms can be busy at times and while constantly being cleaned, it didn’t really feel it. My bunk was right next to the dorm door which was often slammed when people came in and out. Breakfast was basic but good to have. Not social at all!
Very good location, very comfortable beds and pods. Not a lot of space to hang out and be social and no extra social events happening at the hostel. They had a great breakfast.
Is an okay place for a short trip. Photos don’t really look like the place. Breakfast is very basic but better than nothing. Good place to crash and not too noisy
Excellent hostel with great staff!
J’ai passé un super séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal, en plein coeur d’un quartier historique, je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux !!! Le personnel est très gentil.
Everything was good except they only have unisex bathroom that don’t have hangers to put belongings, and extremely bad soundproofing.
More like a hotel than hostel! The dorms were semi dark with cool recessed lighting and each bunk was a full capsule with a fold down desk, two power outlets and a switch for more recessed lighting. The entire dorm area was fully carpeted. The bathrooms were luxurious with waterfall-style shower heads and toilet. The best part was the free breakfast with fryer to make your own omeletes, toast, cereal, fruit, jam, milk, sausage, beans and coffee. The only issue is no vehicles are allowed near.
Great to leave luggage storage if have a late flight. Breakfast was nice. Clean and convenient.
Great staff, nice and clean pods. Shower area sometimes had no body wash and sinks with soap dispensers not working. Floors were often covered in hair in the shower room. Breakfast was ok, helpful staff at the breakfast room. Great location. Male receptionist (older than the rest of the team) was fantastic, very pleasant, friendly and super helpful!
It’s ok, but you get what you pay for I guess. It’s extremely basic, perfect for a layover or short stay in Singapore
Staff really nice, food nice, it is secure. The issue is that it is a really small place with no Windows and the air conditioner does not let you sleep because it is really cold and noisy.
well done
Never have I been more glad to leave a hostel. The comments on the bathrooms are real. There’s insane mold, bugs, and always dirty no matter what time of day. My cube had ants crawling on me for the moment I got in (and I didn’t bring any food/drinks). The walkway overhead AC dripped on the floor and made a puddle on the carpet that I couldn’t avoid stepping in (because it was directly under my ladder to get to the cube (#48). The laundry machine was filled with black dirty water.
Nice location, the rooms were very clean but the toilets were disgusting. Staff was very funny and breakfast was alright. But for what it is still quite expensive.
Reception staff are lovely. A great location, although really unsocial so wouldn't recommend it for solo travellers hoping to make connections.
