Bluewaters Female-Only Hostel

There is a bar right above the hostel and you can hear (and feel!!) the music until 3 am. The hostel is not social at all! Toilets are outside on the floor, dirty and kind of public and if you forget the code to the hostel entrance you are stuck outside. Wouldn't recommend to stay here and won't come back.

Overall good. One important thing to know: on the weekends (Friday & Saturday), there is a night club on the floor above the hostel that plays banging music until 2:30 am. If you like to party, you’d enjoy the convenience. If you do not, then trying to sleep is a bit more difficult.

Ruhige, respektvolle Atmosphäre. Saubere Zimmer und viel Privatsphäre. Die Bar über den Hostel ist leider nachts etwas laut, womit man rechnen sollte. Die Lage ist Mega, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen!

La struttura non è male e il personale gentile ma due notti su tre non abbiamo dormito per la musica altissima che si sentiva provenire ad piano di sopra dell’ostello, dove si trova un locale/discoteca.

One of the best hostels i’ve stayed in! First of all it’s located in a really good location, it’s within walking distance to the nearest MRT station and there are lots of restaurants and stuff nearby. It’s also a decent price compared to the other hostels in sg as its in a good location. The rooms are really clean and perfect. The bathrooms and showers are clean, the common area is well equipped and there’s even spaces with mirrors to do your makeup! The only issue was the noisy bar up...

Das Hostel ist super gelegen im Zentrum der Stadt. Es ist sauber, ruhig und gemütlich. Die WC‘s sind im Treppenhaus ausserhalb vom Hostel, was ein bisschen umständlich ist. Im meinem Zimmer hatte es kein Fenster, fand das sehr schade. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hostel ist leider nicht das beste um Leute kennen zu lernen.

Not the best not the worst. Not enough bathrooms and showers for everyone. Expect to wait to use the toilets or showers. Their is a noisy bar next door that you can hear. The staff was amazing and the beds comfy

For the price we were unimpressed with our stay. When we arrived (around 10pm) I found that my assigned bed had been left with no top sheet, blanket or any sort of cover (I only had a fitted sheet) unfortunately the reception closes at 9pm and the hostel fails to check their WhatsApp until 9am. Also the lockers are the kind where you set your own code. Despite setting a code and opening & locking multiple times, it stopped working. Couldn’t get my stuff back until the AM when reception opened.

It was a okay hostel but I few things I would mention is: the bathroom is outside of the hostel. So weird. And had no AC. The room was very small and we could barely fit our luggage in there. The staff turned down the AC and we didn’t have a remote so the room var very warm. Not a social place so it’s good if you wanna be by yourself. A bit far from public transport. But it was clean and safe!

Clean, quiet and safe. Great location. No window in the dorm room and not social but perfect if you’re out all day. Dorm room did smell a bit weird in the morning. Clean showers. Had to leave the hostel to use the toilet (opposite and shared with the hostel next door) which was safe enough but I didn’t love.

The location is great! The bed is so comfortable, and they provide headphones and earplugs if you need it, free coffee too! Great for a night or two.

Das Personal war angenehm, das 6er Zimmer war jedoch sehr klein und es blieb praktisch kein Platz ausserhalb der Betten, was uns ein einengendes Gefühl vermittelte, da auch die Betten sehr schmal waren. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und unangenehm zum liegen. Für auf die Toilette gibt es einen separaten Code sowie für den Hosteleingang. Die Toiletten sind ungepflegt und unhygienisch. Die Duschen sind gut.

Great hostel! Felt safe and the common area and room were clean. the toilets are in the hallway outside the hostel, but they’re still close and clean. and on weekend nights the bar upstairs plays kinda loud music, but i was fine with earplugs, im used to noise at hostels. would recommend this place for a short stay in singapore!

War sehr gut, man kann sogar Self Check in machen.. total praktisch und sauber.. die Lage ist perfekt für mich.. von Merlion nur 1,5km also nicht so weit.. man kann von dort gut überall hingehen..

Solid hostel, clean, friendly staff. Entrance is a bit hard to find and toilets are outside the actual hostel on the floor of the building. so you should not forget the code when you need to go in the night 😅 Capsules are very comfortable, lockers big enough and the central position of the hostel is nice! Not very social though.

Hostel location is good. Hostel is in 3th floor and in 4th and 2nd floor there is bars and you could hear the music and bass loudly to the drom. Hostel offers earplugs which is nice. Hostel isn’t very social. Only two toilets which are outside of the hotel space. Atmosphere is calm and good for exlporing the city.

In general really nice and clean and felt super safe! Location is also good:) The toilet was outside the hostel on the hallway of the building and not too great, which I found a little weird and also just had the really basic kitchen supplies, but otherwise I had a very pleasant stay:)

I loved the "female only" vibe because everything felt safe and comfortable and was somehow cleaner and quieter, more respectful. You could tell the staff cleans everyday, washrooms were fine and surprisingly enough, I never had to wait. Unfortunately there is no washing machine or other helpful facilities. They have some items for the kitchen, but just basics. Overall, a very good experience for a few days, but missing some stuff for the 10/10.
