just the basics. very little place. only one toilet and shower to share.
They changed me over 3 time the advertised price for a dirty cramp and uncomfortable bunk bed! Dirty, noisey and small room! The photos the website did BOT represent the room!!
The lady was very understanding when I said I needed to stay elsewhere because I couldn’t sleep in a dormitory space. It was my fault for thinking I could and she was very cool about only charging me for the one night vs the 3 nights I booked
The hostel is very very simple. You get a bed and there is a bathroom and shower. But honestly, you don‘t need more. The rooms and shower are very clean and the location is amazing!! Right next to chinatown, really cool. This is not the place to hang out and make friends but a place to stay while you explore Singapore during the day. Sarah was very friendly as well :)

Good for one or two nights, not longer stays. Come for just a bed, no real atmosphere or group feeling about the place.
Located in an ideal place, very close to two good MRT stations which will take you almost anywhere you need to go. Daily cleaning is done. Hannah is a very kindhearted and very helpful person who made the experience of staying there even better. She can help you navigate the city and give great suggestions.
Very good hostel. Lovely owner very helpful with food and local recommendations. Right next to the Maxwell MRT, located in Chinatown. Would highly recommend and good value for Singapore!
Great location, right in Chinatown. Small and not very social, but clean, comfortable, has everything you need. Sarah was very well organized, answered very quickly by email/whatsapp to any of my questions, very available, useful and accommodative. I had a late check in due to a late flight and she sent me instructions with photos/videos to guide me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean bed in a good location in Singapore.
Great few nights staying. Very cheap for Singapore. Right in the heart of Chinatown which was amazing. Not all backpackers though and no social life. Facilities are great. Amazing shower and the woman running it is an absolute gem. The aircon was broken one night and she put 6 fans in the room. The next day someone came by to fix it.
CSW is a great hostel to stay in for a few nights in Singapore, It's located close to both Mrt lines and busses. Sarah is a great help for getting recommendations and help in any way you need
This hostel is great if you want to be in the heart of chinatown in singapore. Everything is in walking distance and there are a lot of MRT stations close by. The Hostel is quite small so there is not a lot of common area inside. The hostel keeper is very nice and helping.
Sarah and her team were very kind. If you are looking for a no-frills experience, just a bed for the night - this place is good. However, there isn't a common room to gather so there isn't socialization.
If you’re looking for a bed in China town, this is for you. But otherwise, I would not recommend. This was definitely the worst hostel I stayed at in my travels. The owner/host was very nice and accommodating, but the place is pretty gross, has the bare minimum essentials, and no real area for meeting people
Friendly staff however the facilities were quite average. The beds creaked so much that I would wake up 4-5 times a night to people moving around, and sometimes even to myself moving around. The shower was quite dirty and hot water never worked for me (lukewarm at best).
Was a perfect location right in China town. Lady checking me in was very helpful. Great value for money, place was clean.
The lady is super nice. Recommended me different sorts of food in the area. Stayed there for 1 night, which was okay, wouldn’t really stay there for longer. There was only one bathroom, which was okay because it was very quiet when I was there. But when it’s busier this might be really annoying.
Very basic budget hostel in Singapore. The owner is very friendly. good location though. Not a bad place to sleep at night.
This hostel is perfect if you just need a comfy bed at night. Good curtains and showers, but no common area at all so there was no social atmosphere. Amazing location right in Chinatown and good value for the money compared to other hostels in Singapore. The owner is so nice and helpful, she let me store my stuff for the day and even moved it out of the room for me because I was leaving so early.
