Arutam Chakra

We had a great experience at Arutam Chakra! On our first day they organized a taxi that picked us up from the bus terminal. We decided to book their whole experience, which included very delicious meals and various activities in the rainforest and at the house. It was great to disconnect and get to know the life there. It was a very familiar and peaceful atmosphere. Their dogs were also very friendly and accompanied us the whole day. All in all we really enjoyed our stay + can only recommend!!

If you're looking for an experience which goes beyond just a stay at a hostel and takes you out of your comfort zone, this is for you. Diego has created a really immersive experience, youre not just paying for the accomodation/food, you essentially have a personal, knowledgeable tour guide with Diego.I would strongly recommend doing the full experience to make the most of your time here and Diego is very accommodating and picks up on your energy and in turn what's going to be of interest to you

We spend 2 nights at Arutam Chakra and it was amazing! We had a beautiful and peaceful time. The place is perfect to be disconnected of the city stress and noise. Diego showed us a lot of his daily life in the Amazon like cutting some fruits, cooking some fish on the fire and some hiking in the Amazon! Coming here is not only spending a few nights in a hostel but a whole experience!Thanks a lot to Diego and to his volonteers who where there for us! We highly recommend coming here!!

i enjoyed staying here so much! the host is really supportive and helpful all the time, i would wanna stay here more!

The hostel is very remote. I asked the owner to orde a taxi for me, which worked out really well. You can make beautiful excursions from here to rives. The activities of the hostel itself are also very varied and interesting. There are no supermarkets near by, so it is the easiest to eat at the hostel.
