Kurnia Guest House & Spa

We had a incredible stay at Kurnia Guest House and Spa. To start the location was so peaceful and set up was perfect. It was a very cosy place to stay. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned everyday with fresh bottled water. The breakfast was also delicious. The owner Putu was there for any help we needed and always cared about everything he did. He even helped us out on the last day by dropping us at the harbour. We also had a massage there too and its one of the best we’ve had in a long time...

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. Our host, Putu, was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly welcomed. Every morning he prepared delicious breakfasts that we absolutely loved. The place is very peaceful, surrounded by rural areas that make it perfect for relaxing. The garden is beautifully maintained, full of gorgeous plants that create a really charming atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Helt underbart ställe. Vi möttes av den otroliga värden som hämtade oss vid hamnen. Han fixade även en utflykt åt oss redan första dagen med en privat chaufför. Dag 2 ordnade han en snorklingstur där vi fick skjuts både fram och tillbaka från turen. Rummet var fantastiskt och även frukosten. Tack snälla för denna underbara vistelse! Värden var otroligt hjälpsam och gjorde att man kände sig trygg under sin vistelse.

I cannot put into words how perfect Kurnia Guesthouse was. The location was spot on as it’s only 10 mins to the closest beach, and even shorter to great restaurants down the hill. Putu and his wife are so generous and assisted us in arranging drivers for the day and the cabins are extremely clean with brand new aircon systems. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for one night here as part of an island hopping tour on the way to the Gilis. As we were not very confident scooter drivers, Putu and his daughter Kurnia kindly took us to various places on the back of their scooters and also made sure we got to the harbour in good time to catch our next ferry, which we booked through them at a cheaper price! Breakfast was included and was delicious, I could not recommend enough!

Incredible, a little far from town and food but not a problem at all if you rent a bike. Would absolutely recommend booking a snorkeling and ferry crossing with him, he will give you a very cheap price!!!

Putu, der Besitzer, ist so ein lieber Mensch, ich habe mich total wohl bei ihm gefühlt. Man konnte sich jederzeit an ihn wenden und er hat gerne geholfen. Der einzige Nachteil an der Unterkunft ist die Lage, aber auch nur weil die Straßen auf der Insel so schlecht sind, wodurch man leider nicht selbst Roller fahren kann, wenn man nicht absolut sicher auf dem Gefährt ist. So musste man sich einen Fahrer suchen, da die Unterkunft ca. 12 km vom Hafen entfernt liegt. Trotzdem eine tolle Unterkunf...

Very lovely calm area and the host was lovely. I rented the bike and went on a snorkelling tour. Breakfast was also tasty with nice fresh juices

Le bungalow est spacieux et a tout ce dont nous avons besoins. Propreté impeccable du lieu car nettoyé tous les jours avec changement de serviette de toilette, confort du lit, eau chaude pour douche et baignoire. Bouteille d'eau tous les jours avec bouilloire + thé et café tant que besoins. Grande terrasse devant un jolie jardin très bien tenu. Le petit déjeuner est servi à l'heure que vous souhaitez. Location de scooter + taxi + organisation pour prendre un bateau. Gentillesse et au pet...

Awesome place and incredibly kind owners. The room is spacious, clean and the aircon works a treat. The shower was hot and with good pressure. Breakfast was very tasty. The owner was so kind to us: he organised two snorkelling trips for us, and even helped with some issues on our scooter. The place is literally 15 minutes from the harbour with the scooter. Can’t recommend enough!

The owner took great care of use during our stay. He tried to help with any questions we had and arranged everything we needed for our stay in Nusa Penida. Definitely one of the best places I stayed in Indonesia!

Absolutely loved staying here! The hosts were so attentive and really made us feeling welcome. The biggest plus is there is a spa right next door which is amazing to get a massage at the end of a busy day to feel relaxed! Thank you so much

Amazing experience and one of the nicest hosts I've ever met. Very clean and nice. I was sick with food poisoning and sun burnt and the hosts gave me freshly grown ginger tea for my stomach and freshly grown aloe for my burn. Unbelievable! Great massages at their spa as well. Great experience!

I had an amazing stay with Putu, the best host ever! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious!

Probably one of the best places we stayed during our trip in Indonesia. The owners were so nice, they took care of everything. Helped us with scooters, snorkelling trips, and transport. Furthermore, we stayed during the Hindoe celebration. The owners also involved us a little in this, which was really nice. Lastly, the place was really really clean!

Lovely staff went above and beyond to sort transport and activities for me as a solo traveller bot confident with driving a scooter
