En general estuvo bien pero la forma de atender el servicio al cliente no es el mejor demasiado informal habían olores en la cocina y en las habitaciones, no dejaron guardar el equipaje al salir por lo que perdí medio día, adicionalmente no se puede entrar al baño porque las tarjetas quedan bloqueadas y todo es con tarjeta, está bien ubicado y es económico pero el servicio debe mejorar.
Really great staff, they had lots of recommendations and were very helpful. Location was perfect and everything was pretty clean.
Chambre femme propre mais cuisine bien trop petite et sans aucun ustensile, c est un hôtel pas vraiment une auberge mais bien situé par rapport à la gare

The staff were very nice and helpful, and the place was clean, which I appreciated. The beds themselves were fine for sleeping. HOWEVER, the room was extremely hot, definitely the biggest issue. The AC didn’t seem to work properly, and it made it really hard to sleep. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom, which felt like a basic necessity that should’ve been provided. My bed didn’t have a charging outlet while others did, and the reading light at my bed didn’t work either, which ...

When we come some one was sleeping in my bed which was realyy upsetting and I call reception and they didnt answer so I had to walk back with all those stuffs to down to tell them about situation. Later They gave another bed but it was already akward situation.
The bathroom was a mess, not cleaned properly. No sense of privacy, I think curtains should be a regular thing in a hostel as big as this one. The whole check in process is a bit stretched, if there are multiple people it turns to a nightmare as you have to wait a lot. Overall I would not recommend staying here, I think there are better alternatives.
More of a hotel, lots of families and kids in the building. But it’s nice and clean good place to have a bed
I would expect higher quality for the price that I paid. for one night I paid around €40 for a room in a female dorm, no curtains, i had to put on the bedsheets myself, it was too hot, windows wouldn’t fully open. Staff at reception felt patronising. Im never staying anywhere with ao again.
Decent. About a 7 minute walk from train station. No charging outlets next to beds tho. Some beds had, mine didn’t. Upon arrival, there was hair in my bed. They had little storage crates under the beds but had 6 people and only 5 crates. Not the cleanest place but better than others. Not bad especially for price. Would rather stay in the city next time for 10euros more.
Location is really good but stuff are not kind. i waited for a long time after check-in time but room was not ready, ok it can happen but when i asked why the answer was rude, so if i insist about to go to room (which is my right) how would they act? choose another place, not recommended.
It was a nice place the room was good and everything was clean. It is a big building so the staff always seemed a little stressed and it does not have the welcoming feeling of some places. Good location right near the train station
Stayed for two nights and were given our room assignment only to find that our assigned beds were already taken. We immediately went down to the lobby to address this and they said to just take the two empty beds in that room. The second night we came back to this room only to find that my friend’s bed had someone sleeping in it. She had stuff in that bed and it very well could have been stolen. Turns out they booked 7 people in a 6 person room and never informed us. Don’t stay here
En general muy bien.
Mi experiencia (y la de mi familia) en este hostel fue profundamente decepcionante, no tanto por cuestiones menores de confort, sino por un problema serio que la administración decide ignorar: la total falta de control y seguridad en la cocina común, especialmente en el uso de las heladeras. Durante la estadía de mi madre, sus pertenencias fueron encontradas revueltas y parte de su comida directamente tirada. No se trata de un hecho aislado: múltiples huéspedes han atravesado situaciones...
Excelente hostel, enorme, muy cómodo. Privacidad un 10. Solo podrían agregar cortinas en las camas. Un detalle
