+ Quite neighbourhood. Staff fantastic. Felt like we were staying in rooms of old Venice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

- Stone floor in our room was chipping and had to be careful not to get sand in the bed.

+ The furnishings throughout the hotel were absolutely beautiful. There was also a shared lounge area which have chairs and coffee and biscuits. It was decorated beautifully. Linda on reception was exceptionally helpful.

+ Tesisin konumu mükemmel. Merkez tren istasyonunda indikten sonra yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Büyük kanalı 2euro karşılığında gondol ile geçebilirsiniz. Gondol durağı hemen tesisin yakınında. Yakınında bir çok restoran bulunuyor. Odamız büyük ve çok temizdi. Çay ve kahve çeşitleri vardı. Odada Su ısıtıcı ve kahve makinesi bulunuyor. Odaya Kahvaltı için reçel çeşitleri ve krakerler konulmuştu. Çok hoş bir ikram olmuş. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok güzler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Venedik’e gelirsem tekrar bu tesiste kalırım.

+ Relaxed residential location within walking distance of a lot of Venice’s attractions. It was very calming. The triple room was spacious and ideal for sharing with our autistic daughter.

- Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay.

+ Ottima posizione, tranquilla, fuori dal caos turistico ma centrale.

+ Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. The street is quiet but you are very close to lots of bars and restaurants. Room was very comfortable with a great bed and lovely bathroom. We also like the little sitting room outside where you could grab a coffee and relax after a day’s sightseeing.
