Timbuktu Hostel

Un posto bellissimo, ci sono gli alberi di arance e limoni in giardino quindi si può cominciare la giornata con una buonissima spremuta. Personale flessibile e gentilissimo. E ottima musica di sottofondo!

This feels more like a home than a hostel in the very best way. The location was a bit far from the center (10-15 min walking each way which gets tiring many times a day) The only thing about the hostel I did not like was that my last day the older woman (I think the owner) started cleaning the dorm at 9 am while I was trying to sleep. Otherwise super nice staff, especially Sonja who was so lovely to me. She is one of a kind and you could see she really cared about the guests

A very, very good Hostel, you feel immideately at home! At the time I was there, there were many people present who come back since many years for vacation and since they all know each other its sometimes a bit cliquey. Nevertheless they all were super kind and friendly, it was just not so easy to blend in sometimes. Very good to calm down for a few days as a backpacker!

Coolstes Hostel ever!! Athmosphäre und Vibe sooo gemütlich. Freundliches Personal. In den Zimmern leider nur sehr kleine Schliessfächer. Eigenes Badezimmer im Zimmer und Balkon, Vorhänge an den Betten. Zugang mit Code. Garten, Lounge, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bar und und und. Wäre gerne länger geblieben.

I have mixed feelings about my stay here. Sonia was wonderful and incredibly kind, but the atmosphere often felt clique-y and not very inclusive. Staff and some locals – not guests – frequently took over the common spaces, with little interest in connecting with travelers, which felt like it defeated the purpose of staying in a hostel. I truly wanted to love this place, but it lacked the usual warm, welcoming community vibe I was hoping for — and several other guests shared the same impres...

Highly recommend this place. The people working at the hostel are extremely friendly and welcoming. The shared spaces are very relaxed and homely but also everything is very organized. The place is also very clean and there is a nice vibe amongst all guests and people working there

I loved it, one of the best hostels I ever stayed at!

Amazing, helpful and welcoming staff. The hostel's beautiful and clean, the beds are comfortable and have curtains for privacy, we had a balcony too. There's a big garden with many trees, a veggie garden, bbq and a lot of tables, chairs, sofas, hammocks to eat and chill. The communal kitchen is well equipped, and there's also a rooftop space for chilling, yoga, playing games etc. We also loved the eco consciousness of the place, big on recycling and sharing (that is caring). We'll be back. 💚

This is a hostel done right. Plugs, curtains, hooks: easy stuff so many others miss. Probably the best kitchen I've seen in all my years of travel. If I had a complaint, it would be the small lockers, but they are suitable.

Super cool hostel. Stayed for 4 days and it was great. 10 min walk from the town center. The hostel is cleaned everyday it's spotless. It has all the facilities you need and many places to hang out. I met many cool and interesting people here both staff and guests. Pedro at the bar is a really nice guy along with the rest of the staff. If you are visiting San Vito definitely give this place a try.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is amazing, the rooms are so comfy and the commun areas are incredible. Truly feels like home.
