Hostel Villa Miguela

We had a good stay at de hostel. It was clean and we had a friendly welkom by the receptionist.

I had a pleasant experience in Hostel Villa Miguela. At check in i was instructed over all the facilities, spaces and services of the hostel. Good bed. Good accommodation Clean facilities Its location is in a residential neighborhood so it is pretty safe. A 15min walk to most of the restaurants and night spots in Santander.

More than happy and content.

Hostel is super clean and comfortable, the bunks pod's offer nice privacy, kitchen is a great space however cooking facilities are limited, just microwave and toaster, not an issue for me.

location is in a very ninice area, near the beach but not near old town shops or bars or bus station. The kitchen facilities are very minimal, there is no hot plate so you cannot boil pasta or fry an egg. only microwave. very little atmosphere here, but very clean. owner is nice.

Il a fait très chaud dans la chambre (dortoir). Le ventilateur fait tellement de bruit que certains se permettent de le couper alors que déjà avec le ventilateur en route c'était limite supportable. J'ai croisé un homme en allant dans la salle de bain soit disant réservée aux filles. Casiers trop petits en hauteur. 1 seul crochet pour ses affaires dans la douche réservée aux filles. La seule bouilloire a disposition est cramée dans le fond. Les murs du lit sont tachés. Maison sur la h...

Excelente hostal respecto a limpieza y amabilidad de funcionarios, pero fuimos en pleno verano y las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, costaba dormir con el calor. La ubicación esta un poco alejada de la estación de trenes, pero el barrio es bueno. Recomiendo para viajes en grupo como fue nuestro caso, pero si vas solao no se crea mucho ambiente para conocer gente.

Nice hostel, location is also good, but it’s a 30 min walk from the main bus station (probably the one you’ll take from the airport) the room was quite full but it was not noticeable since everyone was quiet. Room has no AC but they have fan instead. Bathroom is shared but never had to wait to use it. Overall a good hostel, I’d stay there again.

the staff were great and the woman that reception spoke perfect english the place is spotless and we had a nice view from our balcony.

Clean, new, spacious and quiet hostel. I really liked the location as it felt quite residential (with beautiful buildings!) but still an easy walk down the beach, to the port and into the Old Town. Helpful staff and the capsule beds in the dorms are spacious and private. I was travelling off season and the hostel was very quiet, not very sociable, but there are good social areas if it had been busy. Cooking facilities in the kitchen could be better (there are only microwaves to cook with).

Superbe hostel ! Bien placé à environ 15mins de la baie, le lit en capsule est top, les draps sont fournis avec serviette de bain, il y a un tiroir perso à disposition, les sanitaires sont propres et l'espace commun est niquel ! Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Je recommande !

Very clean and felt very safe. The room was lovely and the communal facilities were great. The reception staff are only there for limited hours. But overall it was a great hostel!

On the plus side... this hostel is clean and modern with decent bunks and a good welcome. It's also in a leafy neighbourhood with some nice bars not too far away. It's about 20-30 minutes from the ferry terminal, rail and bus stations. On the negative side, there wasn't really a social atmosphere. Overall, it seemed to me to be a good choice for a quiet, good-value stay.

La ubicación, limpieza e instalaciones muy bien. Lo único que he hecho de menos es una secadora y lavadora, puesto que toda la semana lloviendo nos ha dejado la ropa mojadas sin opción a secarla. Por lo demás muy bien.

Beautiful place, very private beds and comfy too which was amazing! Lovely and friendly staff and really nice facilities. Only recommendation I’d ask if I was to return again would be to have lockers that are big enough for travellers that have locks already as I had to leave my things in my bed space as I don’t like leaving in public rooms. But other than that, I felt my things were safe and respected.
