Iraipe Albergue Municipal de Villava

Far too expensive for a hostel. Check-in was okay, but the door opener didn't work well. The blue wool blankets and pillows were very dirty. I cannot recommend this hostel. For €30, I’d asked for breakfast.

The check in is a code. I was supposed to receive my code at 12:00 according to the confirmation email after checking in. I did not receive my code until I arrived and got help from another guest at the property would called the owner (4 hours). I was locked out for hours with no response via WhatsApp from the owner. Thankfully the other guest was nice enough to let me in.

Limpio, buena conexión de transporte, recepcionista simpática

Location is about as far away as you can get from Pamplona. Staff was very mixed, some very unhelpful and unpleasant, others very nice. The sleeping halls are quite big, so there's a lot of people and the rooms get stuffy and hot. Beds and bathrooms are fine, quite a nice shower. No clue why check-out time has to be 9 o clock, be prepared to be woken up a lot by your fellow travelers early in the morning. During my stay there were gigantic groups of kids, so there was an abundance of noise.

Excellent albergue, receptionist friendly and professional! Facilities well organized and clean. Restaurant next door is convenient and has good food. Highly recommend if you use to having 4 bunks in a decent sized room. Lockers were nice and a nice size. Showers hot . Laundry machines worked well. Having sofa to sit around outside the rooms and the kitchen and plentiful tables nice place to sit.

The check in was not met by a human. If you did not have a phone with Internet or ability to call then you were stuck. The process was lengthy. It was 30 euros. No breakfast. Check out at 9am!?!
