Awful, I got there and they didn't had my booking so I had to go somewhere else and pay like 3 times more for one night. Don't recommend it
I booked for 5 nights.. was the only one there with just a guy. As a female traveller I was really scared, not a good feeling. I „slept“ only one night there. The accomodation itself was ok! But would not recommend as a woman.
It was okay to stay for two nights, but it’s not really convenient. The bathroom wasn’t clean and it smell a little bit. There is only one room, packed with 30 beds. But I slept well.
I don’t know why the rating on this Hostel is so low. It’s a great place to stay! It’s clean, the beds are comfy, it’s peaceful and affordable. It’s not social but I don’t mind that at all. If you want to drop your stuff off early email the staff and they will give you the door code to drop off your bags before check in time. I would stay here again
Nice place itself but theres no storage for bags, need to make proper area for baggage and other storage, facilities are good, staff are nice and friendly, location is good close to Tokyo Tower 10/15min walk, close to HND airport only 1 train big train station not too far with loads of train links all of Tokyo and beyond
Séjour correct à Tokyo, attention dortoirs mixtes. Très bon rapport qualité prix, propreté des lits et de la SDB. La personne qui s’occupe de l’accueil est très serviable. Je recommande
we thibk we got bed bugs, as my partner was awake all night being bitten and there were all the indications of bed bugs. there was no water, the beds awere boiling hot and airless, and the access code is writted on the front door so that anybody can enter the hostel. no laundry or kitchen facilities and no common area. thisnhostel nearly ruined our trip to tokyo and we tried to be away from the hostel as much as possible.
Strange atmosphere, pretty much just 1 room with loads of beds in. I stayed there as a solo female traveller and it was mostly full of locals that were office workers, strange vibe. An ok place to just sleep at, felt fairly clean & safe but no staff around, just one guy who I think sleeps there also and kept smoking on the balcony so I woke up to the smell of cigarettes in the morning. If you’re needing somewhere cheap ish to sleep, it’s ok but not the typical hostel experience.
The hostel is pretty dirty/noisy and has an uncomfortable atmosphere. One of the toilet is actually too dirty to be used. In the morning or the evening there is no employee around or someone you could address problems to. I would not recommend to get there, in particular knowing of nice other hostels in Kyoto. However, I felt secure and its location is good.
Decent enough.
Great hostel, comfy bed, loved the big bathroom area. Also the Shinbashi area is a lot more Japanese than touristy Shinjuku or Shibuya, if thats what youbare looking for. overall very positive experience and would stay again.
Buena ubicación pero no tan buen lugar para descansar, poco espacio para valijas y solo cuenta con microondas, no con una cocina.
Clean , secure, but no luggage storage at all. I didn’t have an issue with it and everyone minded their own business. I’d stay here again!
Does the job Nice and cheap No room for your bags quite annoying
Keine Mitarbeiter gesehen die einem bei fragen hätten helfen können. Türcode stand an der Türe und jeder hatte Zugriff . Kein wirklicher Platz zum aufhalten im Hostel und nur zwei Schüsseln und zwei Teller
great hostel i think
Its a capsule hotel. Lots of overpriced boxes. Plus - very clean. Friendly staff. - tiny/no social area - priced at 7000 yen its on par with a hotel but offers much less. - The beds are hot as hell. The AC is either not running or not reaching in. Being inside one of these here is not pleasant at all. - the lights are kept on the whole night, so you have to block it off with curtains and block off what little ac there is. - In the AM music goes on at the front desk, so you can't sleep...
