- Small room

+ The front desk is very polite, professional, and helpful. The location is good --- walking distance to the subway station. Room is quiet: I leave at 6 am and return at 11:30 pm every day, and I had good sleep every night. Breakfast is decent.

- No power outlet at my bed, so I have to stay in the kitchen to charge my phone and ipad.

+ Staff were great, incredibly welcoming and they stored my luggage safely for a week which I’m very grateful for. The breakfast across the road for 500 yen was good value.

- If staying in the dorms, the rooms are so so small and 3 of the people in my room had multiple bags/large suitcases and it made it really difficult to get around the room. It also can be loud outside in the evening. Didn’t find it the cleanest of places but it was the cheapest place I could find in Tokyo

+ 호텔인데 공용 주방에서 음식 먹거나 조리할수 있었어서 좋았습니다. 직원분들께서도 영어로 소통을 하실 수 있었기 때문에 서비스를 이용하면서 문제는 없었습니다. 화장실도 깔끔했고 창문이 넓어서 좋았습니다. 단점도 몇가지 존재하겠지만 매우 만족했으며 다음에도 올만한 호텔입니다. 객실 이외에는 외국인이라면 필요한 서비스들이 대부분 갖춰져 있고 주변에 맛집이나 편의점도 많아서 좋았습니다.

- 더블 침대와 소파형 침대였는데 침대가 둘다 푹신하지 않았고 꺼진부분도 있었습니다. 조명이 좀 어두웠습니다. 텔레비전은 너무 작아서 존재 한다 정도인것 같습니다. 두개의 호텔동에서 반대편과 창문이 비춰서 보이기 때문에 프라이버시 문제가 조금 있을 수도 있습니다.

- カードキー反応悪い。 タオル等のアメニティの説明なし。 臭い。 ベッドがタコ部屋か何かの粗末なもの。 繁華街の真ん中のせいでしょうか、宿泊費に対して設備サービスに良い評価ができません。 宿泊費の9割は場所代ですかね?

- 東西忘記帶回，卻不能幫忙寄日本台集運，令人失望

+ 以這個價位跟地理位置來說，CP值很高 床很大，空間也比想像中還大，一個人待在裡面不會覺得太窄，並且該有的設備基本上都有 附近有很多店家，走路都很近，只可惜那幾天下雨不能好好逛 有機會去池袋會再考慮住這裡

- 以我個人來說室內燈光不夠亮 第二天發生吹風機突然沒反應的事件，打電話給櫃檯，櫃台請我拿下去換，比較尷尬的是我頭髮是濕的，就是因為頭髮濕才會用到吹風機......不過下去時備用吹風機已經準備好了，謝謝櫃台跟我用破英文溝通 看評論很多人提到睡覺時空調聲在吵，那可能不是冷氣，而是冰箱的壓縮機
